RECIPE BY MONICA LO OF SOUS WEED<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
2 oz Mexcal Nuestra Soledad<br />
1 oz Ancho Reyes Verdes<br />
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice<br />
1/2 oz Sous Weed Jalapeno Agave<br />
1 Serrano Pepper<br />
1 Cannabis Leaf<br />
Cup of Ice<br />
METHOD:<br />
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until slushy. Garnish<br />
with a Serrano Pepper & Cannabis Leaf. Serve immediately.<br />
MEDICATED LEMON VERBANA TINCTURE<br />
Makes 250ml (about 1 cup)<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
1 cup Everclear (or any high-proof liquor — at least 100 proof or 50%<br />
alcohol by volume)<br />
3 grams Ground, Decarbed Cannabis<br />
Peel of 2 lemons, Pith Removed<br />
1/4 cup dried lemon verbena<br />
METHOD:<br />
Set your Sous Vide Water Bath to 158ºF (70ºC.) Place all ingredients in<br />
a zip seal bag and seal using the water displacement method. Once the<br />
water reaches temp, submerge and Sous Vide for 1 hour. Remove from<br />
water bath and let cool to room temperature on the counter top. Strain<br />
out the solids and discard. Keep tincture in a bottle in a dark cabinet.<br />
*Always start small when using bitters and tinctures. 1/2-1 dropper full<br />
and wait 30-60 minutes for full effects. Increase dosage if needed.
