In a bowl mix spelt flour with 1 cup of sugar, 5 big spoon of cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. I 3. n another little bowl mix 5 big spoon of cocoa powder with ½ cup of sugar. 4. In another bowl mix the liquid ingredients as soy milk, vanilla and oil. 5. Measure 1 ¾ cup of water and put it to boil. 6. Mix togehter the dry ingredients with the liquids, pour it in a baking tray. 7. Sprinkle the sugar-cocoa mix over it, it has to cover all the dough as a seperate layer. 8. And now be brave and pour over all the hot water. 9. Put it into the oven for 40-45 minutes. When it is ready it has to be a bit liquid inside and crunchy on top, don’ t worry if it seems a bit liquid, just let it cool down. Triple chocolate cake ingredients 1 ½ cup spelt flour 1 ½ cup raw can sugar 10 big spoon of cocoa powder 2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of salt ¾ cup of soy milk ½ cup of sunflower oil or coconut oil 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 1 ¾ cup of hot water
