1. Preheat the oven for 150 degrees. Place baking sheet<br />
into a higher tray.<br />
2. In a bowl mix spelt flour with 1 cup of sugar, 5 big<br />
spoon of cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda<br />
and salt. I<br />
3. n another little bowl mix 5 big spoon of cocoa powder<br />
with ½ cup of sugar.<br />
4. In another bowl mix the liquid ingredients as soy milk,<br />
vanilla and oil.<br />
5. Measure 1 ¾ cup of water and put it to boil.<br />
6. Mix togehter the dry ingredients with the liquids, pour<br />
it in a baking tray.<br />
7. Sprinkle the sugar-cocoa mix over it, it has to cover all<br />
the dough as a seperate layer.<br />
8. And now be brave and pour over all the hot water.<br />
9. Put it into the oven for 40-45 minutes. When it is ready<br />
it has to be a bit liquid inside and crunchy on top, don’ t<br />
worry if it seems a bit liquid, just let it cool down.<br />
Triple chocolate cake<br />
ingredients<br />
1 ½ cup spelt flour<br />
1 ½ cup raw can sugar<br />
10 big spoon of cocoa powder<br />
2 teaspoon of baking powder<br />
1 teaspoon of baking soda<br />
1 teaspoon of salt<br />
¾ cup of soy milk<br />
½ cup of sunflower oil or coconut oil<br />
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence<br />
1 ¾ cup of hot water
