Chili mint zucchini cream directions 1. Cut the zuccini into slight quarter, and start frying them on olive oil with salt, pepper. On half way add the garlic and roast them until they become golden and crunchy on the outer side. 2. When you are done, place them in a bowl, add the nutritional yeast, season it with the chili flakes and mint leaves. Mix it with a handblender until if forms a smooth cream. If it is not enough creamy, you can add a bit more olive oil. ingredients 2 middle size zucchini 2 cloves of garlic – cut in thin slices Olive oil to fry 2 big tablespoons of nutritional yeast Chili flakes – for your taste of chiliness Handful of mint leaves Salt. Pepper to taste
