Why Healthcare ?
I thank every Reader, Writer, and Artists who contributed to
making this Third Edition a great Success. This time we present you
an another batch of Great and unique Work in this Edition. As our
Theme is Health Care, We wanted to address each and every aspect
which was related to healthcare, as it was merely possible, We tried
our Best. I hope you will like it. The Question Arises, Why Health
Care? Why do we need to pay Attention towards it?
Our Country is suffering from overpopulation and we are lacking
Healthcare Services. In this country, every 10000 netizens have 6
doctors behind them, Which Makes India a Country with really weak
in Health Care Services. Though we have one of the cheapest
Services but its Availability is pretty hard. Still, lots of Villages lack
Healthcare Centres and also Electricity. It is our Responsibility to take
action and be the change that we want to see in our Society!
Thank you for your Contribution towards us !! Looking for great
Success ahead!
Thank you very much !
Sincerely,
Why Health
Insurance?
By~ Pavan Rokde
Deputy Manager at IndusInd Bank
The purpose of health insurance is to help you pay for
care. It protects you to help your family financially in the
event of an unexpected serious illness or injury that could
be very expensive. We need health insurance because we
cannot predict what your medical bills will be...
As a Banker, I have experienced it makes significant
importance of health cover of my family to me. Working
in private sector, I have health cover of my family which
helped me a lot. Past three years I have been gone
through the various stages where it needed me the most.
If anyone is not having Health Insurance and if he or she
diagnose with any of the disease, they have to spend
from their savings on the same for that everyone has to
have health cover. It helps to reduce the risk of an
individual and family as well.
From this article I want to make people aware about the
Health Insurance which is a necessity of the society.
Why Health Insurance?
Personally for me, Health Insurance helped me a lot.
Recently when my Mother was admitted in the hospital, I
had go with the best possible treatment to recover her
disease as soon as possible so I went with all the private
and best hospital where everyone knows how costly it is
now-a-days, so at that time I don't need to go for full
payment, right from the medicine to the hospital charges
and there was no burden or tension for expensive
treatments because I have health insurance to overcome
these kind of problems and I don't need to utilize my
savings, so I feel that everyone should go with the health
cover it's very cheaper and convenient to buy and
maintain it financially.
You will survive
Knees close to your tummy
Sitting on the hard floor
Shaking
You cry alone
Trying to be as quit as possible
When all you want to do is scream
Scream, at the invisible ghost
Chocking you
You rock back and forth
Telling yourself it's enough
Telling yourself that you don't want
to go there again
The place which is always cold and
wet
Always dark and scary
Alone
By Madhura Sonegaonkar
You desperately want to leave
That place
Your own mind has become a prison
I know I can't ease the pain
I know I can't be with you in that place
But love talk to me
Of the demons that haunt
Of the past that refuses to leave
Of the nightmares that keep on
coming
Of the never ending battle
And let me tell you
It's not the end
You will emerge out of this hell
And spread your wings
To conquer the horizon
You will survive.
Why Dieting?
Shafia Shiekh
Nowadays people do dieting for getting slim but according to
doctors it’s very good for digestive system and their health.
Healthy eating does not necessarily mean boring and bland.
When it comes to your diet, the most current advice is
perhaps the kind that begins with "eat less" or "restrict
fat".I've never been convinced and I’m not alone, most of us
may feel overwhelmed with conflicting nutrition and diet
opinions but I've learnt that deprivation is not the solution,
creating a balance is. It is essential to get the right type and
amount of foods to support a healthy lifestyle.
What is a balance diet? A diet that focuses on providing all
the nutrients that your body needs. It comprises of
macronutrients like protein, carbohydrates and fat along
with micronutrients which include vitamins and minerals.
Each of them has a different role to play in maintaining
various body functions.
These nutrients are derived through a combination of the
five major food groups- fruits and vegetables, cereals and
pulses, meat and dairy products and fats and oils.
Now the question is, how much do you need?
Why Dieting?
Carbohydrates: The truth about carbs may be hard
to digest but nutritionist say they are an important
part of a healthy diet.
Carbs come from healthy sources like whole grains
which include brown rice, oats, etc. These are also
rich source of fibers.
Protein: About 30 to 35% of your diet should consist
of protein. This could be in the form of pulses, milk,
leafy greens, Eggs white, meat or sprouts.
Fats: About 1/5th of your diet or 20% should be
devoted to fats. Fats provide energy, store vitamins
and synthesize hormones.
Vitamins and minerals: These are macronutrients.
We can obtain minerals from plants, meat, and fish
easily. Vitamins can be derived from nuts, oilseeds,
fruits and green leafy vegetables.
In a world of glamour
By Prarthana Somkuwar
In a world of glamour
Colourful personalities sparkling everywhere......
Glitter glitter here and there!
Minds are chaotic,
Still all are energetic...
Pretending to be all good,
Enjoying junk food...
Awake at night in depression,
But spends whole day in satisfaction...
Single person having too many faces,
Different for different races...
Living a life of luxury,
Blindly following the lustre of treasury...
Afterall it is a world of glamour,
Glitter glitter here and there!!
Towards Feminism
By Anonymous
"She's pretty but she's a feminist" I heard him saying to his
friend. I walked away and never saw him again but this line
kept playing in my head again and again. What's wrong with
feminism?
I prefer to be a feminist than to be asked questions like 'You
are getting married/having kids are you still going to work?'
'Being a girl, are you really going to work night shifts?' 'You
are a girl how can you go on a solo trip overseas?'
When my aunt said that my brother should have control over
his wife, I realized that it's not just the men who don't treat
women equally, its the women too.
We cannot face the fact that we could have equal
opportunities and freedom. We live in a society where people
expect women to seek permission from their husbands to
work or go out at an odd hour, where we instantly assume
that the beautiful diamond necklace that she's wearing has
been gifted to her by her husband, where the length of her
dress decides her character, where her salary is just a
number while her color decides her future.
We're in 2017 but why does it still feel like it's the 60's?
The Various faces
of Life
By Siddhant Sharma
We look people in the eye
Smile and walk through life with ease
Yet fail to notice the emptiness in our eyes
A search,
Or rather longing, for happiness
He was never disappointed of what life brought in front of him
Braced through with knitted teeth
Because staring at one point, he knew he would face everything
People didn’t matter as much as they used to
Knowing his purpose in life did
Giving love to the right people mattered more than seeking it from the
right people.
She had gotten comfortable being alone,
For realization had struck
The Various
faces of Life
People making the heart beat were one’s who would stay
Not the ones who could make you feel happy
For we live in a world where we constantly point our flaws in friends
and family yet scrounge for happiness from strangers
And in the end it all comes down to nothing,
Human comfort was reduced to people digging deep when they need to
And discard away once they feel happiness lies at their feet again.
Regardless of how our fellow humans behave,
smile and make your heart feel alive,
for you wiped away one’s woes at a time,
my dear you are no less than an angel,
Divine and full of love.

bimariyo ki
Bohat baate suna raha hu,
By Vikas Borkar
Aaj kal ki nayi bimariya bhi dekh raha hu,
Mausam aur zamana hi abhi aisa aaya,
Har ek ek umar ke padhao me ye sab ke liye kuch na kuch
laya,
Phele toh heart attack aana kisko yane,
Bina bole miya biwi ka talak ho jana tha,
Per abhi ke isme toh ye bohat hi mamuli baat hai..
upar jane ka ye naya marg hai
Dengue malaria pilia ye toh phele bhi the,
Per ab ye bhi update hogaye hai,
Aur laye inhone apne naye prakar kahi,
Milawati khana khane se food poison hota hai aur jo garib
khali peth sota hai woh bhi toh marta hai,
Aaj kal paida hote hi bimari hai kahi,
Lakin saaf safai ka dayan karne se,
Khud accha tazz khana khane se ,
Khud ki jada kadar karne se,
Inka dard kaam hai aur behtar zindagi jine ka maza aur is hi
me koi dang hai,
Warna ji toh waise har koi raha hai per kab koi nayi bimari
aajaye ye kisko kuch pata nahin.

You’ll always see
My hand rose towards you
So don’t misunderstand me
By thinking
That I want you
To hold my hand
All the time
But I,
Just want my hand
To be always there for you
So that you can hold it
Whenever
You are falling
