likely to spend playing video games, watching television and using mobile devices over a prolonged period.
Focusing on an object in close proximity for an extended amount of time can cause eye fatigue, headaches or
spasms in children’s eyes. Ensure kids follow the 20-20-20 Rule:
For every 20 minutes of screen time, give at least 20 seconds of time staring at something 20-plus feet away.
