Joseph Rock and Pamela Hernandez, Lynn natives, may be only 23, but the savvy duo are opening Double Trouble Ice Cream and Café, which was once Louie Lix, on June 1 at 160 Lynn St. in Peabody. Rock and Hernandez have been together since their freshman year at Lynn Classical High School, and the idea for the name “Double Trouble” comes from their two sets of twins Jayce and Jaxson, 3, and Jasper and Amelia Rock, 8 months.
