Hi, <strong>Adriana</strong> <strong>Rio</strong> again. Firstly, allow me to thank everyone that<br />
acknowledged the effort that went in creating my last quarterly<br />
reports, gave me great feedback and took the time to speak<br />
with me when I personally deliver them to everyone in both<br />
suburbs. Another benefit of it was that I lost 5 Kgs delivering them!<br />

As mentioned in my last report, it is my intention to provide you<br />

Since the last time, the Government has set up changes aimed at<br />
improving housing affordability. This initiative will hopefully help<br />
owners who’ve been thinking of downsizing or those of you who<br />
are buying their first home.<br />
