Sally Robertson is a real estate development<br />
marketing professional with a proven track<br />
record in exceptional client and customer<br />
service. A resident of Whistler, BC from 1991<br />
- 2006 and <strong>Revelstoke</strong>, BC from 2006 - <strong>2018</strong>,<br />
Sally has lived through the exponential<br />
growth of Canada’s top resorts, experiencing<br />
first-hand the opportunity and necessity for<br />
outstanding services to accommodate a<br />
growing international clientele.<br />
Theresa Clinton is a sales and marketing<br />
professional with an extensive background<br />
in international adventure tourism and luxury<br />
vacation rental management. A resident of<br />
Whistler, BC from 1997 to today, with twoyears<br />
residency in <strong>Revelstoke</strong>, BC from 2014<br />
- 2016, and three years managing ski holiday<br />
operations in Japan ski resorts, Theresa<br />
brings her broad expertise in management,<br />
marketing and coordination of tailored<br />
destination experiences.

and thorough post-rental cleaning and<br />

permit bookings until we have corresponded<br />
directly with any interested groups, ensuring<br />

renters right from the start.<br />

work together to secure private and luxury<br />

Rental<br />
Agreement<br />
<strong>Revelstoke</strong> <strong>Select</strong> creates a detailed rental<br />
agreement for each property, covering all terms<br />
and policies, tailored specifically to the home<br />
and set damage deposits with prepayment<br />
requirements.<br />
Housekeeping<br />
As a policy, all bookings of five nights or more<br />
include a mid-stay clean. This cleaning is at the<br />
cost of the renter and ensures not only that the<br />
home is well maintained, but allows <strong>Revelstoke</strong><br />
<strong>Select</strong> to monitor the property. The <strong>Revelstoke</strong><br />
<strong>Select</strong> housekeeping team provides topnotch<br />
service, however if you have a preferred<br />
housekeeper familiar with your home, we would<br />
be more than happy to work with them.<br />
Rental Readiness<br />
As part of the readiness process, <strong>Revelstoke</strong><br />
<strong>Select</strong> will work directly with each homeowner<br />
to assess the home and determine what needs<br />
to be done in order to make it rental ready. A<br />
detailed checklist will be provided, outlining<br />
what is needed in the home such as dish soap,<br />
laundry soap, garbage bags and other standard<br />
household items, making the home a turnkey<br />
rental.<br />

<strong>Revelstoke</strong> <strong>Select</strong> works with local property<br />
management companies and would happily<br />
refer homeowners in need of retaining property<br />
maintenance and upkeep services.<br />
Alternatively we can provide pricing for services<br />
such as snow removal, hot tub maintenance and<br />
cleaning, landscaping, heating, ventilating, air<br />
conditioning and plumbing. Any hours above and<br />
beyond regular servicing is charged hourly and<br />
would be approved by the homeowner prior.<br />
Rental insurance is the responsibility of the<br />
homeowner. Specifically, each homeowner<br />
must hold a short-term rental policy rather than<br />
a standard rental policy, to account for shorter<br />
stays. <strong>Revelstoke</strong> <strong>Select</strong> would be pleased<br />
to refer homeowners to our preferred insuring<br />

We work with each homeowner independently to<br />
assess the property and to conduct a thorough<br />
market analysis of comparable properties and<br />
rates. At <strong>Revelstoke</strong> <strong>Select</strong> we believe that<br />
our collection of properties, coupled with the<br />
exceptional services and promotions, will demand<br />
attention. Upon agreement of net rates with the<br />
homeowner, <strong>Revelstoke</strong> <strong>Select</strong> will work to market<br />
and promote the property and negotiate final rates<br />
with the client. Rather than working on commission<br />
or percentages of gross rental rates, our format<br />
leaves the homeowner secure in knowing that<br />
they will receive an agreed upon rate.<br />
