last year ($13,383.97) and 2.82% lower than the<br />
12-month average ($14,638.33).<br />
The current billing period is 3.23% longer than the<br />
previous period: 31 days this period compared to 30<br />
days last period.<br />
Usage was 16.68% higher this period compared to<br />
the period before: 2,495,328 gallons compared to<br />
2,138,672 gallons last period.<br />
Rates were 16.29% higher compared to the period<br />
before - an effective rate of $0.00571 compared to an<br />
effective rate of $0.00491 last period.<br />
