คงไม่ผิดนักที่จะกล่าวว่า The House on Sathorn นั้นไม่ต่าง
อะไรกับโลกย่อส่วน เพราะคงไม่มีที่ไหนอีกแล้วที่คุณจะได้ลิ้ม
รสอาหารฝีมือของเชฟจากตุรกี พร้อมดื่มด่ำ ากับค็อกเทลรสเลิศที่
ปรุงโดยมิกโซโลจิสต์จากอิตาลี ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศเก่าๆ ในอาคาร
ที่ออกแบบสไตล์โคโลเนียลที่มีกลิ่นอายความเป็นไทย แถมอาคารที่ว่า

หลวงสาทรราชายุกต์ ที่ต่อมาได้เปลี่ยนเป็นโรงแรมโฮเทล รอยัลและ
สถานทูตรัสเซียประจำาประเทศไทยตามลำาดับนี้ได้พัฒนากลายเป็นที่ตั้ง
ของ The Dining Room ร้านอาหารสไตล์ Fun Dining ที่นำาเสนออาหาร
เอเชียสมัยใหม่โดยเชฟฟาติห์ ทูทัค The Bar บาร์สุดชิลล์ที่มาพร้อมกับ
คราฟต์ค็อกเทลหลากชนิด The Courtyard ร้านอาหารที่เสิร์ฟชายาม
บ่ายและอาหารง่ายๆ เคล้าดนตรีสด และ Upstairs ที่เป็นพื้นที่สำาหรับ
คอนเสิร์ตและปาร์ตี้ส่วนตัว
แต่แม้จะถูกรังสรรค์ขึ้นมาให้กลายเป็นแหล่งแฮงเอาต์ระดับสากล The
House on Sathorn ก็ยังเปี่ยมไปด้วยกลิ่นอายของความเป็นไทย โดย
อาคารทั้งหมดได้รับการบูรณะไว้ตามแบบเดิมภายใต้การดูแลของกรม
ศิลปากร ในขณะที่รายละเอียดตกแต่งต่างๆ นั้นสะท้อนถึงประวัติศาสตร์

You could say that The House on Sathorn is like the world in
a nutshell. There is no other place on earth where one could
enjoy cuisine from a Turkish chef and cocktails by an Italian
mixologist in the enchanting ambiance of a Thai-colonial
mansion. The very building, situated at the heart of Bangkok,
is also a former Russian Embassy
The House on Sathorn by W Hotel is Bangkok’s latest
lifestyle destination. The 126-year-old colonial building built
by Luang Sathornrachayuk—then turned into Hotel Royal and
the Russian Embassy respectively—was transformed into a
venue that houses The Dining Room, an Asian restaurant
with a “Fun Dining” concept by Chef Fatih Tutak, The Bar
which serves tasty craft cocktails, The Courtyard that offers
relaxing afternoon tea and comfort food, and Upstairs a place
created for concerts and private parties.
Despite the status of an international hangout venue,
Thai elements still reign here. The building was strictly
renovated under the surveillance of The Fine Arts Department
to maintain the original structure, while decorations were
crafted to reflect the history and culture of Thailand.
