The intradermal filler, based on hyaluronic acid

improve hydration potential. In addition to improving 

turgor and density of the skin of the

skin by intradermal injections of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid. 

Hyaluronic acid is a negatively-charged polyanionic polymer with a physiological 

pH. Its water-binding enhances hydration. Hyaluronic acid is a Sculpt bio-revitalizant

With peptides 

Dermal fillers contain peptide complexes such as Nonapeptide-18 (CG-Formade) 

and Oligopeptide-55 (CG-Collagrin). 

Nonapeptide-18 (CG-Formade) suppresses the activity of hyaluronidase and 

matrix metalloproteinase which cause collagen reduction. With the use of 

fibroblasts, it regulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and increases synthesis 

of collagen fibers. 

Oligopeptide-55 (CG-Collagrin) has a powerful antioxidant effect and is responsible 

for regulating cell proliferation with keratinocytes and fibroblasts. 

Both of these complexes compensate for the lack of regulatory peptides, 

one unique features being that the skin’s aging process is slowed. The vital 

peptide features include modulation of the cell apparatus activity and organizational 

methods and functional transfer of the cell to a rational, «anti-age» 

mode. This contributes to the restoration of the neuro and immuno-endocrine 

regulation of the skin to an earlier more youthful stage. 

Nonapeptide-18 (CG-Formade) and Oligopeptide-55 (CG-Collagrin) inhibit 

the activity of hyaluronidase and MMP2 and increase the production of collagen, 

elastin and hyaluronic acid in the body by 80%. Their presence in the 

skin prolongs activity of the product. The injected filler not only immediately 

corrects the problem, but also stimulates formation of new connective tissue 

at the injection site. 

The use of dermal fillers gives a pronounced improvement with a minimum

Based on PDRN 

Polynucleotides - fragments of low molecular DNA - are capable of triggering 

active regeneration and cell division processes. 

The Sculpt products with PDRN for injections are made from raw materials of 

animal origin such as the milt of salmonid fish. The nature of the active substance 

allows the use of polynucleotides without harmful effects on humans 

as they do not cause genetic transformations in the body. The only contraindication 

is possible allergic reaction to seafood. 

Once Sculpt products with PDRN are used, old cells are replaced with new 

and synthesis of DNA and RNA molecules starts to occur. This is the main 

difference between using the Sculpt with PDRN injections and other variants 

of Sculpt bio-revitalization: they do not try to activate metabolic processes
