A gourmet cold meal, served at seat: breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or evening meal, depending on the time<br />
of day.<br />
The meal will be served on porcelain plates decorated in TGV Lyria's new colours.<br />
The menu will be revised on a seasonal basis.<br />
Enhanced service from bilingual train attendants in a new uniform.<br />
A wider range of daily newspapers and magazines.<br />
The new Lyriapremière service is already available for travels in December 2010 on Paris-Geneva and<br />
Paris-Lausanne/Bern routes.<br />
Please note that meal is not complimentary but at additional cost until December 2011 on Paris-Basel / Zurich route.<br />

- Taxi service:<br />
- Upon arrival in Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris Gare de l'Est and Strasbourg. From Monday to Friday, passengers can<br />
take advantage of a taxi booking service upon arrival, by simply asking the on-board ticket inspector who can arrange<br />
a booking on their behalf. This reservation service is free of charge. The passenger is responsible for settling the taxi<br />
fare directly with the driver (which will include the distance travelled by the taxi to the station to collect the passenger).<br />
A 14Euros surcharge is applied by the taxi driver to cover the distance travelled by the taxi from its origin to the station<br />
to collect the passenger.<br />
Upon arrival in Switzerland Passengers can book their taxi over the phone by dialling + 41 800 44 22 66 (free of<br />
charge). The RailTaxi meeting point is located in the centre of the train station.<br />
2nd <strong>Class</strong><br />

Other services<br />
- On board nursery: equipped with a dressing table and a bottle-warmer.<br />
- Bar-buffet car: you will find a variety of food and refreshments to enjoy in the bar car formula, meals, warm and cold<br />

- Possibilty to purchase Paris underground tickets onboard (in the buffet car). Price: 1.60Euros/2.80 CHF each.<br />
- Facilities for disabled travellers. Dedicated car in <strong>1st</strong> class (accessible with a second class ticket) with a built-in<br />
wheelchair lift and wheelchair space. There are also disabled facilities in the stations.<br />
- Non-smoking coach available in <strong>1st</strong> and 2nd class. On board information messages recorded in French, German<br />

- Prices are global prices (ticket includes a reservation)<br />
- Valid for <strong>1st</strong> and 2nd <strong>Class</strong><br />
- Advanced booking: client is able to book Lyria trains 90 days in advance.<br />
- While discounted fares are offered for the holders of certain passes, clients still need to buy a Lyria ticket.<br />
Reservation is compulsory.<br />
- Open ticket is not authorised onboard<br />
Adult Full Fare No specific conditions<br />
Book Early (Piccolo) Minimum 14 advance purchase. No modification possible before issuance once confirmed in Euronet; Non exchangeable and Non refundable.<br />
If you Select TOD or P@H option, you must print the ticket within an hour otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled<br />
Child Travellers from 4 up to 11 included on train's departure date.`Children up to 3 included are free if no seat is required.<br />
Kids & Co About 30% discount for an adult travelling at all time with a child up to 11 included on Train's departure date. Maximum 2 adults per child. Standard class<br />
only.<br />
Leisure Roundtrip mandatory and at least one overnight stay.<br />
Youth Travellers from 12 up to 25 included on train's departure date.<br />

Reminder<br />
- The Pass needs to be validated prior to boarding TGV Lyria.<br />
- The class of service must match the class of service of the Rail Pass.<br />
- FlexiPass holders will have to use one day of validity from the pass.<br />
IV. Exchange/Refund<br />
- Special cancellation fees apply to some fares. Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare<br />
purchased. Refunds, when authorised, can only be performed in the issuing country, up to 60 days after train<br />
departure date.<br />
- Please refer to the After-sales spreadsheet for details. V. Groups<br />
- If 10 people up to 24 are travelling together, they are considered as a group. Group Adult: Parties of 10 or more.<br />
Group Child: Parties of 10 or more (up to 11 included on train's departure date) Group Adult Off Peak (available on<br />
some trains only - check on Euronet): Parties of 10 or more<br />
- For parties of more than 24 passengers, you must fill in the group booking request form and send it to<br />
groups@raileurope.fr VI. Check-in procedures<br />
- Ticket inspectors will check your ticket during the journey. You should be able to produce currently valid proof of<br />
eligibility for the fare you have chosen at any time. VII. Specific to this train<br />
- During winter, TGV Lyria des Neiges service connects you to the charming resorts of the canton of Vaud (including<br />
Château-d'Oex, Leysin, Les Diablerets and Villars) and Valais (Verbier, CransMontana, Leukerbad, Saas-Fee and<br />

Zermatt, among others).<br />
- This continuation of the Paris-Lausanne line to Brig calls at Montreux, Aigle, Martigny, Sion, Siders, Leuk, Visp and<br />
Brig. Upon arrival at these stations, short train or bus shuttle services are available to take you on to the ski resorts.<br />
- From 18 December 2009 to 03 April 2010, three return services are running weekly, from Friday to Sunday, to travel<br />
to the foot of the mountains and experience the Swiss Alps. VIII. Seat map<br />
