Jean Catherine Stack
Jean Catherine (Healy)
Stack, 91, died May 31. She
is survived by her children
Helen Sears (Late David)
Mary Gail Inabrit (Bob)
Thomas J Stack, Margeret
Nunn (Donald); 14 grandchildren;
12 great-grandchildren;
and one great-great
grandchild. Jean was a grade
school teacher at St. Catherine
of Alexandria in Oak
Lawn for 30 years, and was
a member and past president
of American Legion Auxiliary
and volunteered at Hines
Veterans Hospital for several
years. Jean was very active
in church activities. In her
later years while in Sunny
Hill Nursing Home, she became
president of the residents
for years, along with
being on many committees.
The family invites friends
and family to celebrate her
life at 10 a.m. Aug. 4 at Palos
Hills Sacred Heart Catholic
Church. In lieu of flowers,
St. John of Chicago Chapel (112 Church

Paula Martin
Paula Martin, 59 of New
Lenox, died May 29. She
is survived by her husband
of 34 years, Rory; daughter
Amanda; son Ron; and siblings
Christine Ulbright and
Joe Carchedi. Paula was a
27-year employee at F&S
Diesal Repair shop in Chicago.
Paula loved New Lenox
and loved riding her bike on
the bike path. She enjoyed
gardening and loved her
backyard. To measure how
much she will be missed is
impossible. Services will
be held at St. Jude Catholic
Church on June 16.
