Plastic – the killer in the
world’s oceans
We come across unnecessary packaging everywhere
in our daily life; in the food industry, on parcels,
wrapping clothes. Have you ever given a thought to
where the little bits of plastic that attach price tags or
the plastic your vegetables are wrapped in end up when
you throw them in the bin? Of course here is the place
to mention the buzzword "recycling", but it
is almost impossible to manage such huge
volumes. The vast inshore landfills are evidence
of this. But it is not just the mainland
that is affected by this environmental pollution;
the sea and its inhabitants also suffer
from our wasteful consumption. On the
Spanish coast this year, a sperm whale was
forced to discover the disastrous consequences at first
hand. It was found lifeless on the Cabo de Palos beach
in the Murcia region, and scientists were shocked by the
cause of its death: peritonitis brought on by more than
29 kilos of plastic. They found countless plastic bags,
ropes and other items of rubbish in its stomach and
intestines, which had first made this massive 10 metre
long creature ill, then caused it to die of starvation. And
fish and the other sea creatures are also affected by the
trillions of tonnes of non-degradable waste in the world’s
oceans. Do we really want to pass on this trend to the
next generation? If we continue like this, clean waters
and beaches will become a luxury, the fish population
will decline and this will cause retail prices to rise to
prohibitive levels. The dramatic development has already
reached as far as the Arctic. Researchers at the Alfred
Wegener Institute have found a large quantity of microplastic
particles in the ice there, and documented more
than 12,000 of these per litre of ice. A shocking result
that we cannot ignore when our unspoilt nature has
already been attacked. We cannot and must not close
our eyes to this.

Übermäßige Verpackungen begegnen uns im Alltag
überall, sei es im Lebensmittelbereich, bei Paketen oder
Kleidung. Haben Sie schon einmal darüber nachgedacht,
wo die kleinen Plastikschnipsel von Preisschildern oder die
Folie des verpackten Gemüses landen, wenn wir sie in den
Müll schmeißen? Sicher könnte man an dieser Stelle das
Stichwort Recycling erwähnen, doch bei den
großen Mengen ist das kaum zu bewältigen.
Die riesigen Mülldeponien an Land beweisen
das. Doch nicht nur das Festland ist von
dieser Umweltverschmutzung betroffen,
auch die Meere und deren Bewohner leiden
unter unserem verschwenderischen Konsum.
Eine der fatalen Konsequenzen musste dieses
Jahr ein Pottwal an der spanischen Küste am eigenem
Leib erfahren. Er wurde leblos in der Region Murcia am
Strand Cabo de Palos aufgefunden und die Forscher waren
schockiert über die Todesursache: Infektion des Bauchfells
durch mehr als 29 Kilo Plastik. In seinem Magen und Darm
befanden sich unzählige Plastiktüten, Seile und anderer
Müll, die den zehn Meter Riesen erst erkranken und dann
verhungern ließen. Aber auch Fische und andere Bewohner
sind von den Trillionen Tonnen nicht abbaubarer Abfälle in
den Weltmeeren betroffen. Wollen wir diese Entwicklung
wirklich der nächsten Generation weitergeben? Wenn wir
so weitermachen, werden sauberes Wasser und Strände
ein Luxus sein, die Fischpopulation wird zurückgehen
und damit die Verkaufspreise ins Unermessliche steigen
lassen. Die dramatische Entwicklung hat sogar bereits
die Arktis erreicht. Forscher des Alfred-Wegener-Instituts
haben dort eine große Menge winzig kleiner Plastikschnipsel
im Eis gefunden und dokumentierten mehr als 12.000
Teilchen pro Liter Eis. Ein erschreckendes Ergebnis, das wir
nicht ignorieren dürfen, wenn unsere ursprünglichste Natur
schon angegriffen ist. Und davor können und dürfen wir
nicht die Augen verschließen.

Plástico: la causa de muerte
en los océanos
En la vida diaria nos encontramos con embalajes
exageradamente grandes en todas partes; ya sea en el sector
de los alimentos, de paquetería o de la ropa. ¿Alguna vez
se ha planteado adónde van a parar los pequeños recortes
de plástico procedentes de los letreros de los precios o los
plásticos que envuelven la verdura envasada cuando los
tiramos a la basura? Seguramente, llegados a este punto
podríamos mencionar la palabra clave »reciclaje«; sin
embargo, cuando se trata de grandes cantidades, es prácticamente
imposible abarcarlo todo. Esto es algo que demuestran
los gigantescos vertederos en el campo. Sin embargo,
esta contaminación ambiental no solo afecta a los continentes;
sino que también los mares y sus habitantes sufren las
consecuencias de nuestro consumo despilfarrador. Este año,
un cachalote en la costa española tuvo que experimentar
en su propio cuerpo una de las fatales consecuencias de tal
fenómeno. Fue encontrado sin vida en la región murciana
Cabo de Palos, y los investigadores quedaron horrorizados
ante la causa de su muerte: infección del peritoneo causada
por más de 29 kilos de plástico. En su estómago e intestinos
se encontraban innumerables bolsas de plástico, cuerdas y
otro tipo de basura que primero enfermaron a este gigante
de diez metros y después lo hicieron morir de inanición. Pero
también los peces y otros habitantes resultaron afectados
por los trillones de toneladas de residuos no reciclables en
los mares del mundo. ¿De verdad queremos que las siguientes
generaciones hereden esta situación? Si seguimos
así, el agua limpia y las playas se convertirán en un lujo;
la población de peces disminuirá y, con ello, los precios de
venta aumentarán hasta el infinito. Este desarrollo dramático
ha alcanzado incluso el Ártico. Investigadores del instituto
alemán Alfred-Wegener Institut han encontrado allí una gran
cantidad de pequeños recortes de plástico en el hielo; y han
documentado más de 12 000 partículas por litro de hielo. Un
resultado alarmante que no podemos ignorar, puesto que ya
ha atacado a nuestra naturaleza más original.

ursprüngliche Struktur. Im Inneren

Mudéjar-Fresko wie auch wertvolle
Gemälde im Justizsaal.

meistfrequentierte Platz Marbellas.
Die ringsum stehenden,
öffentlichen Gebäude datieren
aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, als der Souk beseitigt
wurde. Seinen Namen erhielt der Platz in den 1930er
Jahren, nachdem un zählige Orangenbäume gepflanzt
worden waren.

UN PELIGROSO CÓCTEL
Alkohol am Steuer ist eine Gefahr
Que el alcohol al volante es un peligroso
cóctel, no es ninguna novedad hoy en día. Tampoco
quiero escribir en mi artículo mensual en esta
revista sobre las consecuencias morales o sanitarias,
sino más bien recordar al lector que en España
en estos casos nos encontramos ante una conducta
criminal de acuerdo con el artículo 379.2 del código
penal español. Ya he escrito en el pasado mucho y
ampliamente sobre este tema, pero lamentablemente
lo olvidan mis clientes, siempre en mitad de la
noche. Podrán imaginarse ustedes lo agradable que
es cuando a las dos o tres de la mañana me despierto
por el timbre de mi teléfono móvil. Por regla
general oigo al otro lado de la línea a un agente de
policía o guardia civil, dado que el cliente en ese
momento ya no entiende nada y solamente piensa
en la posibilidad de pasar el resto de la noche en
una celda de la comisaría de policía, donde dormirá
bastante mal. A partir de ese momento yo tampoco
duermo mejor que él y además tengo que comprobar
que por suerte alguno de mis clientes ha sido
detenido por conducir notablemente afectado por el
alcohol. Lo cierto es que podía haber sido peor, igualmente
podía haber fallecido en un accidente ocurrido
como consecuencia del alcohol o haber matado
en un accidente a un buen padre de familia que se
interpusiera en su camino. Entrando en el tema la
pregunta que se me ocurre es que se puede beber
en España, si después se quiere conducir. Las cifras
de alcohol permitidas en España son las siguientes:
Los conductores de vehículos que dispongan del
permiso de conducir desde hace más de dos años
no deben superar 0,5 g/L de alcohol en sangre y

Ich möchte in meiner Rubrik in diesem Magazin
auch nicht über moralische oder gesundheitliche
Konsequenzen schreiben, sondern die Leser daran
erinnern, dass man in Spanien in einem solchen
Fall den Tatbestand einer strafbaren Handlung
gemäß Artikel 379.2 des spanischen Strafgesetzbuchs
erfüllen kann. Ich habe zwar über dieses
Thema in der Vergangenheit viel und umfangreich
geschrieben, aber leider vergessen es meine Mandanten
immer dann, wenn es darauf ankommt: mitten
in der Nacht. Sie können sich vorstellen, wie
angenehm es ist, um zwei oder drei Uhr morgens
vom Klingeln des Telefons geweckt zu werden. In
der Regel habe ich dann einen Polizeibeamten in
der Leitung, da der Mandant nichts mehr versteht
und sowieso nur daran denkt, dass er möglicherweise
den Rest der Nacht in einer Zelle auf der
Polizeiwache verbringen muss und sehr schlecht
schlafen wird. Ich schlafe jetzt auch nicht viel besser
und durfte dabei mit verhaltener Zufriedenheit
feststellen, dass mein Mandant lediglich wegen
Trunkenheit am Steuer verhaftet wurde. Er hätte
dieses absolut vermeidbare Risiko im schlimmsten
Fall mit seinem Leben oder und mit dem Leben
von Drittpersonen bezahlen können. Kommen wir
zum Thema: Wie viel darf man in Spanien trinken,
wenn man später noch fahren möchte? Die Alkoholgrenzwerte
in Spanien sind folgende: Fahrer von
Kraftfahrzeugen, die einen Führerschein länger als
zwei Jahre besitzen, sowie Fahrradfahrer dürfen
einen Blutalkoholgrenzwert von 0,5 g/l und einen

0,25 mg/L de alcohol aspirado. Los conductores de
camiones, taxis, autobuses, ambulancias, así como
los de vehículos que dispongan del permiso de
conducir desde hace menos de dos años, no deben
superar los 0,3 g/L de alcohol en sangre y 0,15
mg/L. Si sobrepasan los valores mencionados y les
cogen, en todo caso habrá una sanción de tráfico,
pero puede que también se haya podido cometer un
delito. Antes de que entrase en vigor el 1 de julio de
2015 la última reforma del código penal, se encontraba
en el hecho delictivo únicamente el conductor
que sobrepasará los 0,6 mg/L de aire aspirado y los
1,2 g/L en sangre. Desde julio de 2015 se aplica una
legislación mucho más severa. Se comete el hecho
delictivo cuando se sobrepasan los 0,5 g/L de alcohol
en sangre y 0,25 mg/L de alcohol aspirado, y en
algunos casos, incluso sin llegar a estos valores. La
calificación como tipo delictivo no depende sólo de
los valores medidos, sino también de la apariencia
general del conductor en el momento de practicarle
las pruebas y del grado de irresponsabilidad con
el que estuviera conduciendo. La sanción de tráfico

noch keine zwei Jahre haben, mindert sich
der Blutalkoholgrenzwert auf 0,3 g/l und der Luftwert
auf 0,15 mg/l. Sollte man die genannten Werte
überschreiten und dabei erwischt werden, wird
in jedem Fall eine Strafe ausgesprochen. Darüber
hinaus kann ein strafrechtlicher Tatbestand erfüllt
werden. Vor der letzten Reform des Strafgesetzbuches,
die am 1. Juli 2015 in Kraft getreten ist, wurde
der strafrechtliche Tatbestand immer dann erfüllt,
wenn Luftwerte von mindestens 0,60 Promille oder
Blutwerte von 1,2 g/Liter gemessen wurden. Seit
dem 1. Juli 2015 hat sich die Gesetzgebung weiter
verschärft. Eine strafrechtliche Verfolgung erfolgt
nun schon bei Überschreitung der Grenzwerte von
0,5 g/l (Blutalkohol) beziehungsweise von 0,25 mg/l
(Luftmessung) und in manchen Fällen sogar, wenn
diese Grenzwerte nicht erreicht wurden. Das Strafmaß
hängt zum einen von den gemessenen Werten
ab, zum anderen von dem Eindruck, den der Fahrer

aplicable en estos casos se encuentra entre 500 y
1.000, además de la pérdida de entre cuatro y seis
puntos del permiso de conducir. En España también
existe un registro de puntos de extranjeros, que no
son residentes en España. En casos especialmente
graves se puede perder el permiso de conducir. Esto
también es aplicable a extranjeros, puesto que se
les puede retirar la autorización para conducir dentro
del territorio español. Si el incidente se considera
un delito, la pena mínima de prisión asciende a un
año, aunque por regla general no se cumple cuando
no se tienen antecedentes penales. El permiso de
conducir también se retira por un mínimo de un año.
Además de lo anterior y dependiendo de la situación
económica del conductor se le impone una multa
de 1.000 €. En los casos en los que el límite legal se
haya superado mínimamente, la fiscalía suele estar
dispuesta a negociar el tiempo de retirada de la
autorización para conducir, así como la duración de
la pena de prisión. Condición para ello es por supuesto
que el detenido se arrepienta de su conducta.
En todo caso el conductor detenido y condenado
tendrá antecedentes penales y en caso de nueva
conducta contenida entre los delitos contra la seguridad
del tráfico, perderá el permiso de circulación y
por regla general acabará en la cárcel. Quede claro
que no deseo a mis clientes, ni a mis lectores que
caigan en un control policial de alcoholemia, incluso
aunque se encuentran alcoholizados. Mucho mejor
sería para todos los intervinientes en el peligroso
arte de conducir, que se cumplieran las normas.
Entonces todos podríamos dormir tranquilos.

500 und 1000 Euro zuzüglich eines Abzugs von 4
bis 6 Punkten in der Verkehrssünderkartei. In Spanien
besteht auch eine Verkehrssünderkartei für
Ausländer, die nicht in Spanien Resident sind. Im
besonders schlimmen Fall kann der Führerschein für
die Dauer von bis zu einem Jahr entzogen werden.
Das gilt auch für Ausländer, da jedem In- oder Ausländer
die Fahrerlaubnis auf spanischen Straßen
entzogen werden kann. Sollte es zu einem strafrechtlichen
Verfahren kommen, liegt die Mindesthaftstrafe
bei einem Jahr, die allerdings meistens
auf Bewährung ausgesprochen wird. Der Führerschein
wird ebenfalls für mindestens ein Jahr entzogen.
Darüber hinaus wird abhängig von der wirtschaftlichen
Situation des Fahrers, eine Geldstrafe
von mindestens 1000 Euro verhängt. Bei geringer
Überschreitung der Grenzwerte kann man mit der
Staatsanwaltschaft eine Verkürzung der Haftstrafe
und des Führerscheinentzugs verhandeln. Voraussetzung
dafür ist, dass der Beschuldigte Einsicht
für sein Fehlverhalten zeigt. In jedem Fall gilt der
Verurteilte nach Verhängung des Strafmaßes als
vorbestraft. Bei erneuter Zuwiderhandlung während
des Führerscheinentzugs landet man in der Regel
unwiderruflich im Gefängnis. Selbstverständlich
wünsche ich es meinen Mandanten und Lesern
nicht, dass sie alkoholisiert in eine Kontrolle geraten.
Besser für alle Beteiligten wäre es aber, sie
würden sich vorschriftsmäßig verhalten. Dann kann
ich in Ruhe schlafen und Sie auch!

Mr Heyden, you have been working in the finance
sector on the Costa del Sol for 18 years. What persuaded
you to take part in this collaboration?
We met at the Lions golf tournament, where Nowinta
acted as sponsor. The concept of totally transparent
financial management, implemented solely by means
of cost-effective ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds), had me
convinced straight away.
What activities do you want to build up here in
Marbella with the overseas branch?
We see Marbella and the Costa del Sol as an area with
potential because many German people have a residence
here or plan to relocate here in the future. We
want to offer these people the quality and professionalism
locally that they are familiar with in Germany, and
do so in their own native language.
Precisely how is asset management implemented?
Implementation of individual asset management takes
place in Germany, as does accounting at the depository
banks. We also offer financing both in Germany and in
Spain. Another of the company’s mainstays is investment
in property projects in Germany, where Nowinta

ERNÄHRUNG: GIFTIGE LEBENSMITTEL
DIET: TOXIC FOOD
We always want the best for our pets, and nutrition
plays a major role in this. This is all very well, but
sadly, if we are not fully clued up, our beloved animals are
not always fed the healthiest of diets. There are certain
foods that, although they are healthy for us humans, can
be harmful to dogs and cats. In this article we list some of
these foods.
Grapes and raisins
Grapes and the products obtained from them can very
quickly lead to severe poisoning and even death. Unfortunately
the cause is not known and it seems that not
every dog is affected. There is no explanation for this.
The minimum quantity required is 10-30 grapes for a dog
weighing 5 kg, and 40-120 grapes for a 20 kg dog.
Garlic and bulbous plants
Onions and garlic are often used to control parasite
infections and insects. Unfortunately, there have been
no scientific studies that have been able to prove their
effectiveness. It is safe to say that bulbous plants are
capable of causing high-grade destruction of blood cells
which can be fatal. The toxic dose of both onions and
garlic is 5 g per kg of the animal’s bodyweight per day.
It is not only a large intake on a single day that is significant,
but a small quantity over days and weeks can
be harmful.
Chocolate
The substance contained in chocolate which makes it
dangerous is theobromine. The darker the chocolate,
the more theobromine it contains. Chocolate poisoning
causes very varied symptoms. From diarrhoea or vomiting
to cardiac arrhythmia, restlessness and fever, they do not
necessarily all happen at once. Symptoms can occur from
as little as 20 mg per kg of the animal’s bodyweight, and
can be fatal when 100-250 mg per kg is ingested.

Hund und Katze gesundheitsschädlich sein können.

Weintrauben und deren Produkte können binnen kurzer
Zeit zu schweren Vergiftungen und sogar zum Tod

Knoblauch und Zwiebelgewächse

Wirkung beweisen können. Mit Sicherheit kann man
sagen, dass Zwiebelgewächse eine hochgradige
Blutzellzerstörung verursachen können, die tödlich
enden kann. Als toxische Dosis gelten sowohl für
Zwiebel als auch für Knoblauch 5 g/kg/Tier am Tag.
Hier geht es nicht nur um die große Aufnahme an
einem Tag, sondern auch kleine Mengen über Tage
und Wochen sind gesundheitsschädlich.
Schokolade
Der eigentliche gefährliche Wirkstoff ist das Theobromin,
das in der Schokolade enthalten ist. Je
dunkler die Schokolade, desto mehr Theobromin ist

Süßstoff und Koffein
Beide Stoffe sind extrem gefährlich und sollten unbedingt
vermieden werden. Nicht selten können sie

In April, the »Marbella Cocina« association organised the third »Concurso de Turismo Gastronómico de

The town of Estepona successfully organised the first »Costa del Sol Beach Polo Cup«. At the event, the
Mayor of Estepona praised the fantastic organisation, that drew attention to sports in the area and attracted

CONCORDIA GOLF CHARITY ALOHA 2018
Following the two last year’s extremely
positive Feedback, on the 12th of May 2018 we
held a 3rd tournament at Aloha Golf Club, in which
on tee 8 was present a very elegant sports car with
a value of EUR 75 000, sponsored by Fischer Car
Gallery, which could be won, with a hole in one
as a prize.108 players attended the championship
under lovely sunny weather conditions, which was
followed by an excellent dinner courtesy of Chef
Fermín Muñoz in aid of Concordia.
180 people were present at the dinner, in which
before during the cocktail, trophies and about 40
prizes were presented to the successful winners,
all donated by Fischer Car Gallery and VON POLL
Real Estate Marbella. This was followed by a
raffle. The floral table decorations were supplied
by great group of ladies who are members of the
Aloha Golf Club and the evening was enhanced
by the appearance of the professional Singers Mr.
Maph & Simone Lisa. We would like to take this
opportunity to thank all the generous sponsors for
the support of the entire event and the president
of Aloha Golf Club, Mr Rafael Fontán Zubizareta,
and his members of staff for organizing this event
in aid of the Concordia Association.
A total proceeds of EUR 26,500 could be handed
over to Princess Marie Luise of Prussia for the Concordia

There are, however, a number of things to be careful
about during your stay, such as not drinking tap water; not
wearing clothing that is too provocative; not taking photographs
of people (especially their faces) without asking
permission; not leaving your purse or wallet on view; and
not giving tips in euros or baksheesh under two dirham (20
euro cents). In addition: do not feel obliged to buy anything;
do not be rude when haggling; do not use a self-appointed
guide to show you around; and resist the temptation to be
painted with henna on the open streets or squares. You
should also not carry your passport or too much money in
public, because there are pickpockets here too.

SO CLOSE TO MARINE LIFE
Whether there are dolphins, porpoises or pilot whales to be seen, visitors can discover
these wonderful animals from every angle on the discovery tours run by the Swiss
foundation »Firmm«. At the same time, the primary focus of the foundation is on protecting
the inhabitants of the sea.
In the Strait of Gibraltar seven different species of
whales and dolphins can be observed. Because of
the high food supply caused by the special geographic
conditions on site and the resulting currents,a
large population of marine mammals live here.
Common and striped dolphins as well as Bottlenose
Dolphins and Pilot Whales belong to the resident
species, additionally Sperm Whales can be seen primarily
in spring, Orcas in the summer time, and with
a little bit of luck Fin whales can be admired. You can
see these wonderful creatures with the Swiss foundation
»firmm« that offers 2-hour boat trips from April
until mid-November, provided the weather is fine.
Particularly important is the expe-rience of seeing
the animals in the wild, as well as the information
about them. Therefore, before every trip a 30 minute
long lecture is held in various languages. The intention
is to awaken the love for the marine mammals
and for nature and so to contribute to their protection.
In addition to the daily excursions one week
observation courses are offered. The foundation
always approaches the animals in a careful way. The
skippers are well trained and follow the guidelines
for respectful whale watching to avoid disturbances
of the whales and dolphins. Thanks to many years
of research, animals are encountered on 99% of
the trips .This year »firmm« celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Since 2016, the new boot firmm-Vision has
been in operation, which also allows guests to observe
the animals through underwater windows.

Ob Delfine, Tümmler oder Grindwale – Bei den Entdeckungstouren der
Schweizer Stiftung firmm können die Besucher alle Seiten der wunderschönen Tiere
entdecken. Dabei liegt der Fokus vor allem auf dem Schutz der Meeresbewohner.
In der Straße von Gibraltar kann man sieben verschiedene
Arten von Walen und Delfinen beobachten. Durch das
hohe Nahrungsangebot, das durch die speziellen geographischen
Voraussetzungen vor Ort und den daraus resultierenden
Strömungsverhältnissen zu Stande kommt, gibt
es eine hohe Population an Meeressäugern. Gewöhnliche
und gestreifte Delfine sowie große Tümmler und Grindwale
zählen zu den residenten Arten, dazu kommen vor allem
im Frühling Pottwale, im Sommer Orcas und mit viel Glück
kann man manchmal auch Finnwale bestaunen. Zu sehen
bekommt man diese wundervollen Tiere mit der Schweizer
Stiftung firmm, die von April bis Mitte November, vorausgesetzt
das Wetter lässt es zu, zweistündige Touren von
Tarifa aus anbietet. Besonders wichtig dabei sind das Erleben
der Tiere in freier Wildbahn und die Information über
sie. Vor jeder Ausfahrt gibt es deshalb einen halbstündigen
Vortrag über die Meeresbewohner in verschiedenen Sprachen.
Damit soll die Liebe zu den Meeressäugern und zur
Natur geweckt und so zu deren Schutz beigetragen werden.
Neben den täglichen Ausfahrten werden außerdem einwöchige
Beobachtungskurse angeboten. Was die Stiftung
weiter auszeichnet ist, die stets vorsichtige Annäherung an
die Tiere. Die Kapitäne sind gut ausgebildet und folgen den
Richtlinien für respektvolles Whale Watching, um Störungen
der Wale und Delfine zu vermeiden. Dank langjähriger
Forschung kommt es auf 99% der Ausfahrten zu Sichtungen.
Dieses Jahr feiert firmm das 20-jährige Bestehen. Seit

La vida marina tan cerca
Ya sean delfines, delfines mulares o ballenas piloto: durante los viajes de descubrimiento
de la Fundación Suiza Firmm, los visitantes podrán explorar todas las peculiaridades
de esos preciosos animales. La atención se centra principalmente en la protección
de la vida marina.
En el Estrecho de Gibraltar se pueden observar a siete
especies distintas de cetáceos. Gracias a la gran oferta
alimenticia que las condiciones geográficas especiales
y las corrientes resultantes hacen posible, hay una
alta concentración de mamíferos marinos. Los Delfines
Comunes, Listados y Mulares, así como los Calderones
Comunes, son especies residentes; sobre todo en primavera
se les suman los Cachalotes, en julio y agosto
también las Orcas y con mucha suerte los Rorcuales
Comunes, que migran más durante el verano. Se pueden
avistar a estos maravillosos animales con la fundación
suiza firmm, que ofrece excursiones de dos horas
desde abril hasta mediados de noviembre, siempre que
el tiempo lo permita. Encontrarse con los animales en
la naturaleza e informarse sobre ellos es de gran valor.
Por eso antes de cada salida hay una charla informativa
de media hora sobre los habitantes marinos en varios
idiomas. Con ella queremos despertar el amor por los
mamíferos marinos y la naturaleza y contribuir en consecuencia
a su protección.
Otro aspecto característico de la fundación es un acercamiento
siempre muy respetuoso a los animales. Los
capitanes están bien instruidos y siguen pautas para un
avistamiento respetuoso con el fin de evitar molestar a
los cetáceos. Durante el 99% de las salidas se producen
avistamientos gracias a muchos años de investigación.
