NEW FACES
Jackie Woelfel
Family Service Counselors
Pinelawn Memorial Park
My life/professional journey includes private business
ownership, government youth social service and cemetery
family service. Quite the odd combination. I believe all
things happens for a reason. The difficulty is discovering
the reason. I am a proud mom of a fine young man who
is working towards a degree in business management.
He is following in his mom’s footsteps!! We have lived in
Menomonee Falls all of my son’s life. We love our home,
neighbors and community. My life philosophy is to be kind
today. “Make” somebodies day!
Sarah Soetenga
Family Service Counselor
Pinelawn Memorial Park
My integrity is very important to me and is used in all
my interactions. I believe in helping families find the
right solutions for their needs and hopefully making
friends along the way. I am an animal lover who volunteered
at the WIHS for 3.5 years, assisting with
adoptions. I have 2 dogs that I am thankful for every
day. I love history and my favorite way of learning it is
through personal stories.
NEW FACES
Gina Literski
Family Service Counselor
Restlawn Memorial Park
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Gina is thrilled to have
the opportunity to help the community and families in need
during one of their most difficult times. Having just laid her
own Mother to rest in Restlawn in December 2017, Gina can
relate to the varying stages of grief that families may be experiencing.
She is kind-hearted, patient and informed. An avid
movie fan, gourmet cook, fantastic baker and genuinely nice
person. Gina is also the mother of 4 adult children, grandmother
of 7, and sponsors 2 overseas children in need. Twin
cats round out the household.
Deanna Doxtator
Family Service Counselor
Fort Howard Memorial Park
Deanna was born in Green Bay, WI. She attended Bayport,
and Southwest High Schools. Growing up, she spent a lot of
time with her grandparents. The majority of summer breaks
included going up north, biking, visiting family, and a lot of
shopping with her Grandma. Deanna has a three year old
son. They enjoy walking on the Bay Mountain Trail, swimming,
watching movies, and playing at the park. She looks
forward to being supportive, helpful, and giving a great experience
to all families at, or looking to be with, Fort Howard
Memorial Park.
NEW FACES
Amber Pender
Office Manager
Restlawn Memorial Park
Amber was born and raised in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula
and attended Northern Michigan University where she
studied Management of Health and Fitness. After having
their twins, James and Lillian in 2016, Amber and her
husband Matt decided to relocate to Wisconsin in 2018 to
be closer to their families. In her spare time, she likes to be
with her family and friends, paint canvases and bake. With
her previous customer service experience, she strives to
give families the best experience at Restlawn Memorial Park
possible.
Kettle Moraine
Trail Blazer Event
I was inducted as a Trailblazer in 2014
and each year, they invite us back to
be at the ceremony.
This year, they invited us to also speak
to classrooms about our career
journey and I was able to talk to two
of the charter schools: KM Global and
KM School of Health Sciences. The
Health Science kids were especially
intrigued because Kettle Moraine is
the only high school in the country
who allows their students to dissect
human remains as part of their
cirricullum. The kids were very
engaged and had wonderful
questions for me in the presentations.
first home purchase!
Zach (Architect at the
Hartland Office) and his
family are constructing a
1,000 sqft, 3 car attached
garage this summer. Zach
designed and assembled the
construction documents,
worked through local
permitting, self-performed
the earthwork, oversaw the
concrete contractor’s work
and now is framing and
finishing the garage himself!
He hopes to have paint on by
the time the snow flies, while
still having fun this summer!
