To avoid additional expenses prior to
your car key
Though you love your Ford Focus Flip, it can be frustrating when you have
an issue with the new style Ford Flip keys. There are two common issues
you can encounter with your flip keys, one is the wobbly blade and two is
that the flick won’t function any longer. The good news is, you are not alone,
in fact, many Ford Focus owners are having this kind of issue as well and
one of the most popular forums when it comes to a key repair shop. So, in
order to avoid additional expenses prior to your car key, you will need
" Important Steps To Replace Ford Flip
Keys "
OPEN THE KEY
When you squeeze the handle, the jaw
opens. This is what you are going to use in
order for you to open the remote key. You
don’t need to apply much pressure, just
give it a squeeze to open the key nice and
easy. Remember that the key remote is
designed using glue. In fact, as you look
closer, you’ll see that there are no screws
or rivets in this parts of the key. Once you
do so, make sure that all of the parts are
placed elsewhere safe. Look for the key
ring and replace it if necessary.

THE CHIPS
This may seem complicated but is just as
simple as removing a flash drive from your
USB port. Instead of getting a screwdriver,
all you need to do is to turn over the tap.
Keep in mind that using screw might
damage the chip. Better to be safe than
never beside, the chip will just come out
nice and slowly. Next is to put the chip into
a new car key case. You can find such
case at any car key replacement shop.
THE BLADE
Don’t put the old blade into a new case
since it will no longer work. You might be
able to put the blade into the key, but the
problem is, the tail on the end is pretty much
different, therefore, it is highly suggested to
put a new hinge of a mechanism. A warning
though, this is when most of car key
specialist repair service fail since the
mechanism can be easily damaged. You
may have to look for someone who is able
to do so like Perth Locksmith service.
MAKING A NEW FORD FLIP KEY
Now, all it takes is to pop the flip button to
the exact position of the hinge hole. The
next thing is to put the spring into the flip
button and put the blade to its proper
mechanism. Next is install the new
battery. Don’t forget this part that it may
require you a couple of screws that will
keep the key together. The last thing you
need is to glue the case and that’s pretty
much it.
