Winter Garden resident Leonard
Archie Wilson released his
new book, A Jamaican
Family’s Saga, with
RoseDog Books. The
work is about the true life
of a Jamaican family and
a murder mystery that
haunts the family — until
Argyle, the second son
of Ulrica and Leopold
Steele, dives headfirst
into delving into this
mystery, with a surprise
awaiting him and his
wife in Cuba. Leonard
drew on real life experiences
to write this novel.
He was born in Jamaica,
moved to England as an
infant, and moved back
to Jamaica in 1967. He
made his living as a jeweler in
Pennsylvania with his wife and two
children. After retiring from the jewelry
business, he relocated to Winter
Garden.
