Adventure Point is the ultimate party venue!

We offer a standard party package and you can add all sorts

of extra options to give your child the best time ever. Peak

pricing applies at weekends and during school holidays,

whereas off-peak pricing applies Monday to Friday during

term time. Parties can start at any time from 9.30am to

4.30pm and the party duration is 2 hours. There is a minimum

of 12 children during peak times and 8 children off-peak.

Disco Do Package

Play for 45 minutes then go into our Disco room for 30 minutes

with the party co-ordinator who ramps up the music and the

disco lights and gets them up and dancing to action songs such

as The Fast Food Song, Macarena, Time Warp; followed by a

selection of

traditional party games such as Musical Statues,

Bumps, Chairs Cha (balloons and prizes provided by us). Brilliant fun

for all those those budding Disco Stars!

45 45 minutes play then go onto our Sports court for 30 minutes

with your party pa co-ordinator who divides them into teams and

gets them pplaying

ball and bean bag games, as well as a “Find

The Star” treasure tre hunt right round the play frame. Burns off

some some excess

energy – perfect for those little action kids!

The kids pla play for 30 minutes and spend 45 minutes in our

Disco room where our Pamper Team will give each party guest

an individua individual makeover including hair-do and nail painting.

Our team will switch on the karaoke machine and the guests

• Party booking dates and times are offered on a

first-come, first-served basis.

• A minimum of 12 paying guests are required

for parties during peak times. Off-peak times

minimum of 8.

• A 50% deposit is required to allocate and

confirm a booking.

• A provisional booking will be held for no longer

than 14 days.

• The deposit is non-refundable unless at least 6

weeks notice is given for cancellation.

• A booking is only confirmed when an Adventure

Point Party booking form has been completed

and the appropriate deposit amount paid.

• At least 72 hours before the party you must

telephone to verify all details of your party

booking including number of guests and any

optional party extras.

• If you do not contact us at least 72 hours before

the party, you will be charged for the confirmed

booking figure, plus any extra additional guests.

• Tables and chairs will be reserved to allow for

one adult per party child. Please give us advance

warning if you expect the number of adults to be

greater than this.

• Children, who are not party guests,

accompanying party adults will be charged for

as normal on entry to the centre.

• If the numbers of party guests differs from the

numbers verified, Adventure Point reserves the

right to make the following adjustments:

- If the number of party guests is less than the

figure verified, then the full original party price

will be charged.

- If the number of party guests is more than the

figure verified, then any additional guests will be

charged at full price per child.

Adventure Point will provide knives for all cakes.

Under no circumstances should knives be

brought onto the premises.

Adventure Point will provide an experienced

party host to enable the event to run smoothly

and efficiently. Depending on the size of the

party, additional party hosts may be allocated at

no extra cost.

• Once the party booking is confirmed, party

invitations will be available for collection or they

can be posted.
