Comsmetics & Spa Conference<br />

I recently attended the International Esthetics,<br />
Cosmetics, & Spa Conference, one of my favorite<br />
annual shows. Staged with fabulous booths, bright lighting, beautifully<br />
dressed presenters and every new product on the market, it’s the ultimate<br />
exhibition for everything beauty related!<br />
With over 600 exhibitors and free classes galore, there are demonstrations<br />
and sample treatments for anything you’ve ever wanted to try - as long as<br />
you’re not shy of the hundreds of people stopping to watch. From the latest<br />
anti-aging therapy lights, to full body spray tanning, waxing and plastic<br />
wraps, when it comes to a free treatment, attendees are not bashful!<br />
People nonchalantly walked around with full face masks and under<br />
eye patches, including yours truly. As I wandered the endless aisles of<br />
cosmetics from various countries, it appears things like vegan and gluten<br />
free cosmetics are very popular.<br />
I was however, on a mission for the fountain of youth! I was looking for<br />
age reversing products and stumbled upon a few I really liked!<br />
The pricing on these products varied widely. One line that I tested is<br />
called TheraGenesis: A New Beginning.<br />
I loved the smell and feel of it, but the regimen would set you back about<br />
$450 every 6 weeks. I couldn’t find any reviews as it’s a new line, but it’ll be<br />
one to watch for if your pocketbook is willing.<br />
Audrey Morris had a fabulous array of skin care and make-up products.<br />
Their new color line of lipsticks and liquid mattes were beautiful!<br />
This is a company I have worked with in the past and I love the products.<br />
I had the opportunity to meet the team in person while there and if their<br />
appearances are any indication of their product line, the stuff works!<br />
I also ran across the ToGoSpa. I tested their under-eye patches and loved<br />
the cooling effect. As someone who constantly suffers with under eye bags<br />
(thanks Dad), I really liked these!<br />
And last, the SIO Facelift Overnight Wrinkle Smoothing Patch pack. I<br />
have to say, I love it. It hasn’t turned back the clock quite yet, but the best<br />
thing about this set is the pads are reusable! That alone for me makes it my<br />
best “find” of the convention!<br />
