5) Make quarterly reports at Church Business Meeting<br />
5. Pianists/Organists<br />
a. Accountable: Pastor, Board of Deacons <strong>and</strong> Minister of Music<br />
b. Principle Function: The Pianist/Organist is responsible for serving as<br />
Pianist/Organist in the services <strong>and</strong> activities of the church.<br />
c. Selection: Personnel Committee <strong>and</strong> approved by the Board of Deacon<br />
d. Duties:<br />
1) Play for all services of the church, both regular <strong>and</strong> special services to<br />
include, but not limited to evangelistic conferences, revivals, weddings, funerals, etc).<br />
2) Participate in choir rehearsals <strong>and</strong> choir engagements away from the<br />
church, as required by his/her job description.<br />
3) Maintain an accurate account of organ/piano needs <strong>and</strong> maintenance<br />
<strong>and</strong> notify the Minister of Music.<br />
6. Custodian<br />
4) Perform other duties as assigned.<br />
a. Accountable: Trustees<br />
b. Principle Function: The custodian is responsible for the cleanliness of the<br />
interior of the church.<br />
c. Duties: The custodian(s) should:<br />
