restoration of the facility. The church does not provide users the option to clean the facility<br />

themselves in lieu of paying the $200.00 clean-up fee.<br />

2) Category II (Weddings for Inactive Members of the Church)<br />

When either the bride or the groom is an inactive member of the church, no<br />

usage fee is required for the use the church’s facilities. However, a $250.00 clean-up fee is<br />

charged for the clean-up <strong>and</strong> restoration of the facility. The church does not provide users<br />

the option to clean the facility themselves in lieu of paying the $250.00 clean-up fee.<br />

3) Category III (Weddings for Non-Church Members)<br />

A fee of $500.00 will be charged for the use of any or all parts of the church’s<br />

facilities for weddings when neither the bride nor groom is a member of Morning Star.<br />

Half ($250.00) of the fee must be paid upon the signing of the wedding contract between<br />

the church <strong>and</strong> the wedding party. The contract should be executed within ten (10)<br />

working days after the request to have the wedding is made known to church officials.<br />

The remaining $250.00 must be paid one month prior to the date of the wedding.<br />

4) Category IV (Use of the Family Life Center/Multi-Purpose Building)<br />

A flat fee of $300.00 will be charged all organizations for the use of the Family<br />

Life Center/Multipurpose Building. Half $150.00 of the fee must be paid upon the signing of<br />

the wedding contract between the church <strong>and</strong> the wedding party. The contract should be<br />

executed within ten (10) working days after the request to have the event is made known to<br />

church officials. The remaining $150.00 must be paid one month prior to the date of the<br />

event. In addition to the flat usage fee of $300.00, a non-waivable fee of $250.00 clean-up<br />

fee is also assessed <strong>and</strong> required.<br />

5) Category V (Use of the Church’s Technology <strong>and</strong> Personnel<br />

Parties desiring the services of audio/video technicians must contact <strong>and</strong><br />

coordinate directly with these individuals for their services. Only the church’s trained<br />

audio/video technicians can operate the audio/video equipment.<br />
