f. Facility Usage Chairman Committee shall be contacted for the use of all facilities<br />
of Morning Star Baptist Church. The Chairman will coordinate with the applicable committee<br />
to ensure the appropriate contract is executed for the facility for the events.<br />
g. Scheduling of Programs <strong>and</strong>/or Activities<br />
1) Major activities planned throughout the year, utilizing the Church facility,<br />
must be approved by the Church through the Board of Deacons, <strong>and</strong> placed on the calendar<br />
scheduled through the Secretary’s Office.<br />
2) Any program, special day, or activity scheduled during worship service must<br />
be approved by the Pastor.<br />
3) When a pastor or minister of another church is used in the program, special<br />
day, or activity they must be approved by the Pastor <strong>and</strong> officially invited by the Pastor.<br />
NOTE: UNDER NO CONDITIONS SHALL RICE BE THROWN.<br />
FOR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, STATE LAW PROHIBITS THE THROWING OF RICE.<br />
