25. POLICY ADHERENCE<br />
Strict adherence to the guidelines of this <strong>Policy</strong> Manual is m<strong>and</strong>ated. In areas where<br />
there is written policy governing one’s actions, policy must be observed. Failure to follow<br />
policy shall result in the perpetrator or violator assuming full financial, moral, <strong>and</strong> legal<br />
responsibility for his/her actions.<br />
This <strong>MSBC</strong> <strong>Policy</strong> <strong>and</strong> Procedural Manual was developed by <strong>MSBC</strong> <strong>Policy</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />
Procedure Committee, approved by the Board of Deacons <strong>and</strong> adopted by the Church:<br />
