Compliance Initiative) oder ICTI (International Council of Toy Industries)
kennen, umsetzen und erfüllen. Unser Social-Compliance-Team in
Shanghai prüft und berät unsere Hersteller.
BSCI – Die BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) wurde von der
FTA (Foreign Trade Association) mit Sitz in Brüssel gegründet und basiert
weitgehend auf den Kernarbeitsnormen der International Labour
Organization (ILO).
ICTI – Beim ICTI CARE Process handelt es sich um eine Initiative des
Weltverbands der Spielzeugindustrie (International Council of Toy Industries,
abgekürzt ICTI), ein ethisches Herstellungsprogramm mit dem
Ziel, faire Arbeitnehmerbehandlung und sichere Arbeitsbedingungen
zu gewährleisten.

We have an outstanding infrastructure at command, especially due to
the global alignment and the particularly distinct presence in the Asian
area. The company has its own staff on location to supervise the performance
and product quality of its manufacturing plants. When choosing
manufacturers for our products, we give preference to partners that are
familiar with, implement and meet the mandates of the BSCI (Business
Social Compliance Initiative) or the ICTI (International Council of Toy
Industries). Our social compliance team in Shanghai audits and advises
our manufacturers.
BSCI – The BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) was founded by
the FTA (Foreign Trade Association), which is domiciled in Brussels and
is largely based on the core labor standards of the International Labour
Organization (ILO).
ICTI – The ICTI CARE Process is an initiative launched by the International
Council of Toy Industries (abbreviated ICTI), an ethical manufacturing
program aiming at the fair treatment of employees and the provision of
safe working conditions.
