We’ve arrived! After many months of waiting, discussing, planning, praying, seeking, listening, preparing and packing, the 24 th July finally came when we set out from Lincoln to join you all in Bournemouth responding to God’s call to serve as Associate Minister here at Lansdowne. Thank you to everyone who has prayed. The Lord has graciously responded to every request. Grace and Hannah have places at local schools, Sandie will join the Radiotherapy team at Poole Hospital this month (September) and we have a home in Christchurch. Please do feel free to get in touch, we would love to hear from you. (mike.smailes@lansdownechurch.uk). I’m excited about this new season that we begin together at this point. As I work hard to get to know you all and to understand the life of the church here I would value your prayers. Please ask that God will use my efforts to equip us all to serve him in love, that his word may be shared between us and made known through us, that we may grow together into Christ Jesus for the praise of the glory of his grace.
