Siberian Fir has a unique<br />

bornyl acetate, which<br />

provides a majority of<br />

this essential oil.<br />

Siberian fir (Abies sibirica) is a tall evergreen tree within the<br />

Pinaceae family. Siberian fir trees are typically found in Russia,<br />

Finland, and North America. With a slight yellow tint, Siberian Fir<br />

essential oil has been described as having a refreshing scent<br />

reminiscent of pine. Siberian Fir can be very soothing to the skin,<br />

making it an ideal essential oil to add to a comforting massage.<br />

HOW TO USE:<br />

Add a drop or two to your moisturiser and apply to the back<br />

of the neck or bottom of the feet.<br />

Apply to muscles and joints or use with Fractionated<br />

Coconut Oil for a massage.<br />

Apply topically to skin to help soothe minor skin irritations.<br />
