Inspiring people to realise

their potential

At PeoplePlus we specialise in offering

a Managed Service approach to your

apprenticeship requirements delivering

directly in our expertise areas (Leadership

and Management, Customer Service, Retail,

Hospitality, Business Administration and

Business Improvement Techniques) and

sourcing and managing expert delivery

partners to meet your needs. Our operating

model is designed for your peace of mind,

giving you a single point of contact for all

your apprenticeship provision.

Members of your leadership team set

an example of the progression available

having risen through the ranks and we

know that you believe that true excellence

is only delivered by people with the

knowledge, tools and passion to set

standards rather than chase them.

We understand that Apprenticeships

may not yet have become part of your

DNA and that the introduction of the Levy

has given you the incentive to offer this

opportunity to some of your existing

workforce of 36,000 employees across

the group as well as become part of your

talent pipeline.

Why are we saying all this? Common

goals and shared ambitions sit at the

heart of our employer partnerships. We

believe these are fundamental to the

success of all our programmes and have

shaped us an organisation.

So who are we?

How can we help?

PeoplePlus is a national independent learning provider owned by

Staffline Group Plc that delivers employment, adult education and

apprenticeship programmes across the UK. We have delivered over 20,000

apprenticeships and supported more than 1700 employers across our

employability and skills contracts covering multiple sectors and locations.

Account Management and a Managed Service

Our approach aims to be one based on true partnership as only by doing

so can we fully understand your priorities, your challenges and the talent

and development goals for your people.

“Employers work closely with

PeoplePlus and value highly the extent

to which the design and delivery of

apprenticeship programmes align

apprentices’ learning, skills and

behaviours with their business needs

and priorities. For example, a new

partnership with a major international

company has involved considerable

joint planning and development to

innovate learning programmes.”

PeoplePlus Ofsted Report 2017.

Our Clients:

PeoplePlus was rated Good by Ofsted

in August 2017 and delivers employer

focussed training in a uniquely

contextualised way to ensure employer’s

skill development needs are met resulting

in a clear return on investment and

noticeable business impact.

However, we really believe that an

organisation is truly defined by the clients

it represents and we are proud to deliver

apprenticeships to some of the leading

organisations in the UK.

We have been on journeys like this before

with other clients and know that the key

ingredient is often an Account Manager

who will be responsible for supporting you

throughout our partnership, from explain

how apprenticeships work to building the

programme through to launch, promotion

and regular reporting to ensuring

everything is on track. We specialise in

offering a Managed Service approach

to your apprenticeship requirements

delivering directly in our expertise

areas (Leadership and Management,

Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality,

Business Administration and Business

Improvement Techniques) and sourcing

and managing expert delivery partners to

meet your needs. Our operating model is

designed for your peace of mind, giving

you a single point of contact for all your

apprenticeship provision.

How do we get a programme off the

ground?

We have worked with a broad range

of employers to help them to consider

how best to embed apprenticeships

into their business to support

recruitment and progression/talent

development. We are able to support

you in planning for example:

• Do you want your apprenticeship

programmes to be for new entrants

and or for existing staff?

• Do you expect the programmes to be

mandatory or voluntary?

• Do the new Apprenticeship

Standards overlap with the content

of your existing training and

development programmes? How can

we avoid duplication and reduce

cost?

• How do you want to link these

developments in England to your

staff in the devolved nations and if

appropriate, globally?

• Are you ready to factor in the 20%

teaching and learning off the job into

your workforce planning?

• What impact and return on

investment do you expect from these

programmes.?

• We can discuss these questions

amongst others when we meet
