Sometimes it can be a real hassle finding the right car rental company<br />
to pick when you arrive in a different country. So rather than you<br />
having to do all the guesswork, we asked a number of different car<br />
rental companies a few questions. In this issue, we put the spotlight<br />
on Europcar.<br />
1. Where are you located?<br />
We are located at Valencia Airport arrivals.<br />
7. What is the minimum age for renting a car from your company?<br />
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years and more than 1 year with<br />
the driving license. However, drivers under the age of 25 will be charged<br />
a young driver fee.<br />
8. Do you have any special offers on this summer?<br />
We have local promotional rates based on the time, demand and<br />
availability.<br />
2. How do people get to the Car Pickup point? e.g. Is there a shuttle<br />
bus?<br />
The parking is just in front of the terminal.<br />
3. Do your staff speak English?<br />
Our agents speak English, French, Italian, and German.<br />
4. What are your opening and closing times?<br />
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 24:00 pm and<br />
on Sundays from 8:00 pm to 24:00 pm.<br />
9. What is your deposit policy? And how much refundable deposit do<br />
people have to pay?<br />
Up to compact group, you can make the deposit in cash of 300€ and from<br />
this category, customers must present a valid credit card.<br />
10. Do you have offers for people who want to rent out cars long-term?<br />
Yes we have special rates and promotional offers for long-term rentals<br />
where the customer can choose his agreement duration, without<br />
permanence, 24h/365 days a year road assistance and the mileage and<br />
attributes they need.<br />
5. Do you have a loyalty scheme for regular customers and what are<br />
the benefits?<br />
Our loyalty program, Privilege, rewards customers who usually rent<br />
cars with Europcar. Depending on the frequency of your rentals and<br />
the number of rental days, we have different Privilege levels where<br />
you can receive a 10€ voucher, a free rental weekend or a free car<br />
model upgrade.<br />
6. What is the minimum number of days that a customer can rent a<br />
car for?<br />
The customer can rent a car for days, weeks, months, even years. We<br />
adapt to the customer's needs.<br />
11. Do you have different price ranges for each model or is it fixed?<br />
We have different prices depending on the category, and within the<br />
categories, there are several models.<br />
12. Do you have electric cars in your rental car portfolio?<br />
Yes, we have electric and hybrid vehicles.<br />
13. Do you offer prestigious car rentals?<br />
We have the category of Selection with top brand vehicles with the best<br />
technical features and a personalized attention that once you try it, you<br />
will not want another one.<br />
