Please allow me to vent
for a while—how do you
choose what charitable
causes your company
supports? It seems to me that
everyone in town labels the
local plumbing and HVAC
business as a great place for
a handout. Not that a lot of
the causes aren’t valid and
vital, but how do you choose
who to contribute to and
who to say NO to?
Unlike some industries,
my checkbook does not
allow me an endless supply
of cash, but I also try to be
compassionate to those less
fortunate than me.
I recognize the future of our community is being built in
our local school district, so I try to support them with ads
in their athletic programs and
sponsoring their fund raisers.
I know our local churches are a huge part of my customer
base, so I like to contribute to their causes and needs. When
a local family experiences a tragedy like a major illness,
home fire, or loss of a child, my heart goes out to them and I
recognize how blessed I am to not go through something like
that. Our military, law enforcement, fire and EMS neighbors
have given so much for our freedoms and protection – how
can we ever completely repay that debt? Children with
special needs will always tug at my heartstrings. These are
all good causes that I try my best to contribute to, but where
do we draw the line?
If little Betty Lou has set her life goal to be the next Junior
Miss Wisconsin, should I write a check to help her achieve
that dream? If every one of the local golf courses (and we
have a lot around here) calls me to sponsor an ad in their golf
guide or a sign near their tee box, should I write a check for
$400 because the salesman thinks I can recoup that cost on
just one service call!?!? Just because I won the low bid on a
major local commercial job after leaving every extra dime
of profit on the drafting table in order to come in low and be
I don’t think a day goes by
without someone stopping in
my office or calling me with an
“opportunity” to contribute to a
cause or to market my business.
proud to work in our own hometown, do I need to contribute
to their employee appreciation picnic? The local radio
station wants me to support a public service announcement
recognizing our local veterans, but the check goes out to the
radio station and not a dime goes to our local veterans. Is
that a good cause? It’s national FFA Week and the newspaper
wants to print a tribute page to them, but once again, not a
dime goes to our future agriculture leaders!!
I don’t think a day goes by without someone stopping in
my office or calling me with an “opportunity” to contribute
to a cause or to market my business. But when is enough just
too much? There are no easy answers and each of us has
to measure our level of compassion with a different tape
measure. I feel bad to say NO to something that someone
else is so passionate about, but sooner or later my charitable
budget gets stretched to the max! I would love to hear from
any of you reading this article about how you address this
challenge in your business.
FALL BRINGS FUN AND CONNECT
It’s been an amazing summer that arrived on the heels of
a long, seemingly endless winter, and now the colors of fall
will surround us very soon. My grandkids are preparing
for a new school year, and my schedule is filling with all the
fall sports like football and volleyball, and later there will be
hockey and basketball. It is such an exciting time and I am
looking forward to every moment and every detail. Along
with the various activities of all my “Grands,” we are also
excited at our house for a fresh new NFL season following the
Green Bay Packers!
In early October, I am preparing to pack my bags and head
to Albuquerque for the National PHCC Convention/Connect
2018! The national events are always a great experience but
to be in Albuquerque at the same time as the Hot Air Balloon
Festival should be an extra special treat. My husband and
I have extended our plans a few extra days to be able to
see the balloons and experience this amazing event. Stay
tuned for the next PHC Contractor magazine to hear more
about my experiences and all the new things I hope to learn
about in the world of plumbing and HVAC! If you ever have
the opportunity to attend a national convention, I highly
recommend it. Everyone who attends will learn something
new that can make your job, or your business, stronger and
more successful.
Executive Director's
REPORT
BY JEFF BEIRIGER
LICENSING IS CRITICAL TO HEALTH AND SAFETY
We’ve reported previously in this
magazine that the Department of
Safety & Professional Services was
charged with the responsibility
of producing a report regarding
occupational licensing. That report
must be submitted to the Governor
and the Chief Clerks of the State
JEFF BEIRIGER Assembly and State Senate no later
than December 31st of this year.
To be sure, the fate of these reports will depend on the
outcome of the elections this November, but that doesn’t
mean that this is a purely binary outcome. Republicans
won’t necessarily act on every recommendation of the
DSPS just as Democrats won’t ignore the recommendations.
Nationally, the early discussions about occupational licensing
were happening during the last year or two of the Obama
administration, so the issue is one that would seem to
transcend party lines.
The legislation that required the study (2017 Wisconsin
Act 59, the State Budget) asked the Department to report its
recommendations based on the following:
(a) an evaluation of whether the unregulated practice of
the profession, occupation, or trade can clearly harm or
endanger the health, safety, or welfare of the public, and
whether the potential for the harm is recognizable and
not remote or speculative;
(b) an evaluation of whether the public reasonably benefits
from the occupational license requirement;
(c) an evaluation of whether the public can be effectively
protected by any means other than requiring an
occupational license;
(d) an analysis of whether licensure requirements for the
regulated profession, occupation, or trade exist in other
states;
(e) an estimate of the number of individuals or entities that
are affected by the occupational license requirement;
(f) an estimate of the total financial burden imposed on
individuals or entities as a result of the occupational
licensure requirement, including education or training
costs, examination fees, private credential fees,
occupational license fees imposed by the state, and other
costs individuals or entities incur in order to obtain the
required occupational license;
(g) any statement or analysis provided by the agency or
board administering the occupational license; and
(h) an evaluation of the tangible or intangible barriers
people may face in obtaining an occupational license.
It’s not very difficult to make an
argument that the unregulated
practice of plumbing would
harm or endanger the health,
safety, or welfare of the public.
We don’t have to speculate; we
just have to look at a history
book or visit a developing
nation.
Keeping in mind that the DSPS has oversight over hundreds
of licenses it issues, Act 59 requires the DSPS to look at all of
the occupational licenses in the state, including those issued
by other agencies. It’s a tall order to go through this 8-point
analysis for so many licenses, but the DSPS is diligently
working toward the completion of its report, enlisting the
input of their staff and that of other agencies who have
oversight for the licensing programs.
It’s not very difficult to make an argument that the
unregulated practice of plumbing would harm or endanger
the health, safety, or welfare of the public. We don’t have to
speculate; we just have to look at a history book or visit a
developing nation. We know there is a causal link between
public health and the quality of water that we drink.
Handling waste properly not only prevents the spread of
disease, it also has a positive effect on the environment.
To our way of thinking, plumbing licensing does benefit the
public and there really is no other way to accomplish this
end. While the public may be deceived into thinking that
plumbing is nothing more than plastic and glue, the reality
is that it’s years of studying the codes. Plumbers, possibly
more than any other trade, need to know the “why” behind
their installation and that requires years of training, not a
weekend workshop at the home improvement center.
Clearly, licensing laws exist in other states, including all of
our neighboring jurisdictions and the nearly 10,000 license
holders in Wisconsin are responsible, through the fees they
pay, for financially supporting the agency that regulates it.
Licensing wasn’t imposed on the industry. Rather, it was the
industry that asked to be licensed and we put our money
where our mouth is. The industry entered into a partnership
with the state government – for the good of the public – and
asked government to do those things that private industry
couldn’t, like developing a code, creating a licensing process,
reviewing products and project plans, inspecting work, and
enforcing the statutes when necessary.
Are there barriers to getting a license? No more so than
any other trade or profession that requires some coursework
and a demonstration of competency, but many of the licensed
professions prevent people from practicing until they are
fully licensed. In our case, we have opportunities right now
for those who are willing to become a part of the industry
and we can put them to work today as a pre-apprenticeship
and, ultimately, apprentice. There, they can learn the trade
and earn higher wages as their time in the classroom and
in the field progresses. With the need for plumbers ever
increasing – both to accommodate growth in the industry
and to replace an aging workforce – the barriers to entry
have seldom been lower.
Edwin Chadwick, in 1842, wrote a report that would
begin a slow transformation in London and in doing so, he is
considered by many the father of sanitation. In a document
simply titled “Sanitary Report,’ Chadwick offers this solution
to what ailed London:
“The primary and most important measures, and at the
same time the most practicable, and within the recognized
province of public administration, are drainage, the removal
of all refuse of habitations, streets, and roads; and the
improvement of the supplies of water.”
Now 175 years later, we shouldn’t be rehashing a discussion
about the need for licensed plumbers. When nobody gets
sick, it’s not because what we do isn’t necessary. Rather, it’s
precisely because what we do is so important and because
we’re very good at what we do!
Out of sight is no reason to be out of mind. Behind the walls
and under the ground, our industry continues to protect the
health and safety of Wisconsin, the United States, and the
world.
PHCC HOLDS ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE
PHCC National held its annual Legislative Conference
May 22-23 in Washington, D.C. The group delivered a unified
message to members of Congress about ongoing challenges
that will have a long-term impact on the p-h-c industry and
the country.
PHCC members advocated for increased water system
infrastructure spending, workforce development, and
career and technical education, while thanking congressional
members for recently passed tax reform. PHCC members
expressed key support for workforce development
through the Promoting Real Opportunity Success and
Prosperity through Education Reform (PROSPER) Act and the
reauthorization of the Water Infrastructure Finance and
Innovation Act (WIFIA).
PHCC National President Laurie Crigler set the tone for
the event prior to meetings on Capitol Hill. “Politics is NOT a
spectator sport and your involvement is key to successful
advocacy at all the levels ... local, state and national. None of
this works without you,” she said.
Reid Wilson, National Correspondent for The Hill, shared his
insight into the 2018 midterm elections, the current political
climate, and political trends. Reid pointed out that Americans
have moved beyond dividing themselves along the typical
ideological lines. “Now, we’re dividing ourselves culturally,
generationally and geographically, too. It’s a worrying trend
that future politicians are going to have to contend with for
years to come…[and] repairing this rift is going to take work.”
The next PHCC Legislative Conference is scheduled May 7-8,
2019, on Capitol Hill.
ECONOMY PROJECTED TO
According to Dr. Elliot Eisenberg (Graphs and Laughs), an
expert on economics and public policy:
From an economic standpoint, says Eisenberg, the next
12 months look good, despite the current political climate in
Washington. The United States is currently in the midst of the
second most protracted economic recovery in our history,
and the chances of sliding into a recession remain low, at close
to 10 percent. The global economy is strong with even Greece
and Portugal coming out of their respective recessions, and
the U.S. dollar has stabilized and is no longer weakening.
Though inflation is rising, it’s doing so slowly, allowing the
Fed time to adjust rates at a slower pace and avoid curtailing
current economic growth. In fact, this is the best economic
growth we’ve seen since the beginning of the recession back
in 2008.
Eisenberg cautions, “The one wildcard in all this is trade.”
Should the president suspend or terminate the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), one likely result
is a trade war with China, which would inevitably weaken
growth, at least in the short-term. The cumulative effects are
the more significant concern.
A CONFIDENCE BOOST
Consumer confidence is strong
as American households are
taking control of their personal
debt. Small business confidence
has seen a boost as President
Trump has followed through
on his campaign promises of
small business deregulation, tax
reform and an increase in deficit
spending.
Part of the boom in the economy
is from December’s $1 trillion-plus
in net tax cuts and the $400 billion in spending increases that
were passed in February. These two factors should raise
near-term GDP by half a point. With the jump in GDP, the Fed
is likely to raise rates four times this year – each time by
one-quarter point – rather than three times, as is the norm.
This approach keeps the economy stable and enables the Fed
to hit its target annual inflation rate of two percent.
INFRASTRUCTURE SPENDING
There has been much discussion in Washington regarding
infrastructure spending, but, as yet, there is no legislation in
place or pending. Current speculation indicates infrastructure
negotiations are unlikely before Congress convenes in
January 2019, and even that is uncertain. At issue is the onefor-five
federal financial matching proposal and the strong
push for user fees, something not economically feasible in
many cases. Both face stiff opposition from Democrats and
rural state representatives.
LABOR SHORTAGE
One of the most significant issues plaguing the economy is
the current labor shortage. Labor force growth peaked in
2014 at three million but has steadily declined to 2.1 million,
where it stands now. Roughly 82 percent of builders report
a shortage of workers, compared to just 13 percent in 2011.
With the current national unemployment rate at just
under 4 percent, it is difficult to bring new workers into
the workforce. Additionally, both population growth and
immigration numbers have slowed, further contributing
to the labor shortage. Wage growth has been steadily
improving but is hovering at 2.6 percent. By 2020, a higher
deficit, interest rates, and inflation, coupled with the slow
labor force growth, likely will force the Fed to intervene to
address these inflationary pressures.
Eisenberg notes, “This is an ideal time to invest in laborsaving
technology to boost output. Fortunately, due to the
recent tax reform, tax treatment of purchases of plant and
equipment are more favorable today than at any time in
recent memory.”
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
Public spending on infrastructure such as roads, airports,
sewers and such has remained
static for the past several years
and is unlikely to see significant
growth in the near future.
National construction activity is
robust overall, with the current
NRCI Reading for the second
quarter of 2018 sitting at 62.2, up
from 60.4.
The housing market, however,
is struggling. Contributing factors
including the labor shortage,
staggeringly high input and
regulatory costs, and rising land
costs. Together, these factors make
it likely that single-family housing starts will rise by no more
than 5 percent over the next 12 months, while multifamily
activity likely will remain stagnant.
On the other hand, remodeling activity looks to grow by up
to 7.5 percent over the next 12-18 months. Fewer affordable
new homes are being built, resulting in low inventory. Home
prices are consistently trending upward, boosting home
equity, so many homeowners are choosing to remodel rather
than move.
Nonresidential construction activity will likely be slow
for the rest of 2018. First quarter starts dropped 15 percent.
Overall, activity has been trending upward for the past
six or seven years, though momentum has been slowing
since 2012. The most active sectors are commercial and
lodging, followed by office and educational construction,
which, despite an occasional dip, have remained strong.
Warehouses, in particular, are in high demand as Americans
increasingly choose to shop online. Following a decadelong
trend, both healthcare construction and spending on
religious buildings have steadily declined, and this is unlikely
to change, particularly for healthcare construction due to
the uncertainty surrounding the debate over the Affordable
Healthcare Act.
Aging in Place
Not Just
For Boomers
Bathroom adaptability and
accessibility continue to
be a growing trend among
homeowners who envision
staying in their homes as
long as possible.
By 2030, 71.5 million individuals or 20 percent of
our population will be age 65 or older and 80
percent of them are looking to age-in-place.
In response to North America’s diversifying
demographic, Duravit is predicting a heightened
demand for aging-in-place features within the
bathroom scene. Consumers are embracing wallhung
toilets, bidets and bidet seats more than ever
before. Generational demographics may also be
driving this shift - as millennials’ focus on wellness
could motivate the push towards bidets for their
health benefits, while baby boomers may opt for this
European standard as a retirement-friendly perk.
A taller toilet, from 17 to 19 inches off the floor, like
Mansfield’s SmartHeight, Kohler’s Comfort Height or DXV
Right Height is a more comfortable height for everyone.
Ease of use also is enhanced by flushing with just a wave
of the hand or a push of a button, available from several
manufacturers.
Ronn Jefferson, Geberit product marketing manager, noted
that Geberit continually researches aging-in-place trends
and other demographics. “Our participation in such studies
enables us to educate designers, architects, and others
on these trends,” he said. “For example, we were asked to
present at the latest KBIS Educator’s Forum earlier this
year, which is a forum for educators of designers.
Our topic was “The Bathroom Design Puzzle.” We
discussed how Geberit educates designers
and architects about universal design and
the role of in-wall systems. One of the main
points that caught the designers’ attention
was that the toilet is off the floor, which
opens up the entire floor for easy
cleaning. A damp mop takes care of it all.
This is a great benefit for the aging-inplace
population, with more and more
people wanting to stay in their own
homes as they age.”
The idea is that the
home can be lived
house and manufacturers are turning out products that do
not look institutional.
RE-IMAGINING THE SHOWER
According to a 4th quarter 2017 survey by the American
Institute of Architects (AIA), homeowners are more and more
embracing design elements meant to aid aging-in-place,
including larger walk-in showers, doorless/no threshold
showers and stall showers without tubs.
For those who aren’t comfortable standing in a
shower, the ADA recommends a bench on the opposite
wall of the showerhead and a 60-inch hose that enables
fixed showerhead and handheld use. An enlarged
walk-in shower with a bench seat and recessed
niches meets the needs of all generations.
Handheld showers with a slider bar can
accommodate both those who need to
sit in the shower as well as those who
can stand. Moen’s Annex Shower Rail
System works with any shower
in, two-function diverter to switch from showerhead to
handshower.
Furthering ease of use, manufacturers continue to
develop showerheads that can be controlled by voice
or touchscreens. American Standard offers the Spectra+
eTouch showerhead, which includes a remote control
to mount on any shower surface, providing a stylish,
ergonomically-designed solution for users who have
difficulty reaching the showerhead due to age, height or
mobility restrictions.
Thermostatic or anti-scald controls can protect both
adults and children. GROHE SmartControl is also equipped
with GROHE TurboStat ® technology, a metal thermostat
handle that delivers preferred water temperature
to the user within fractions of a second and keeps the
temperature consistent for the duration of the shower.
A SafeStop button prevents users from inadvertently
raising the water temperature to more than 100
degrees Fahrenheit and GROHE CoolTouch ® technology
removes the risk of scalding by preventing the exposed
metal surfaces from heating up.
While master bath remodels still continue to be
dominated by vast shower spaces, walk-in tubs can
provide a soothing, healing experience. To that end,
Kohler offers the Elevance Rising Wall bath and American
Standard offers walk-in air baths, walk-in whirlpools,
and combo massage tubs.
Grab bars – of course – around toilets and tubs, are not
only functional but beautiful, too. Manufacturers such as
Jaclo, Rohl, Moen and Kohler offer grab bars in a variety
of finishes and styles.
LAURA TOFTE TOP 40 UNDER 40 IN DISTRIBUTION
Distribution Center magazine listed the Top 40 Under 40 in
the distributing industry for HVAC and plumbing supplies.
Included in the list was Laura Tofte, director of marketing for
Auer Steel & Heating Supply Co.
She previously held positions with Auer Steel as marketing
manager of parts and supplies and sales manager of the
Twin Cities territory.
To Tofte, HVACR distribution is all about customer service.
“Do what you are going to do when you say you are going to
do it and you will succeed because
the vast majority of the people you
are competing with will not,” she
said. “Learn your products, know
them inside out and backwards,
those products do and how they
will help to solve problems, and,
again, the sales will come.”
BRADFORD WHITE CEO RETIRES; NEW CEO APPOINTED
After a 40-year career with Bradford White Corporation,
Nicholas J. Giuffre, CEO has retired effective July 31. Succeeding
him is R. Bruce Carnevale, who also serves as president of
Bradford White.
“Bruce has been a proven leader throughout his 22-year
career at Bradford White, and he has assembled a talented
and dedicated team across our corporation that will assure
the success of our company and customers well into the
future,” Giuffre said.
Carnevale will have overall
responsibility for Bradford White
Water Heaters, Laars Heating
Systems, Niles Steel Tank and
Bradford White Canada.
Carnevale began his career
with Bradford White in 1996,
serving as the product manager
of international sales. Since June
of 2017, he has been serving as Nicholas J. Giuffre
president and COO. He is a member
of the corporation’s board of
directors, a trustee of the company’s
Employee Stock Ownership Plan
(ESOP), and actively serves on
several committees and boards in
support of the plumbing and HVAC
industries.
Giuffre joined Bradford White
in 1978 following his graduation
from Bloomsburg University. His R. Bruce Carnevale
impressive career exemplified a
true “from the bottom up” success story as Giuffre worked his
way up from an entry-level telephone representative to his
role as the leader of Bradford White Corporation.
Giuffre’s accolades include the prestigious Golden
Eagle Award from AIM/R – Association of Independent
Manufacturers’ Representatives, given to those who are most
supportive of the role of manufacturer’s representatives in
the plumbing/HVAC industry. In 2011, he was honored by the
American Supply Association (ASA) as recipient of the Fred
V. Keenan Lifetime Achievement Award, in recognition of his
contributions and achievements in support of the industry’s
wholesale community. Most recently, he served as chairman
of the Karl E. Neupert Education Foundation Endowment
Investment Committee of the ASA and as an executive board
member of the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration
Institute (AHRI).
WATER-RIGHT HOSTS 2018 CONVENTION IN
MYRTLE BEACH
Water-Right, an independent original equipment manufacturer in the
water treatment industry, held its dealer convention June 20-22 at the
Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach. The event is held every two years as an
opportunity to award leaders within its Clear Choice Water Group network,
educate them on industry shifts and show the company’s appreciation to its
“The growth and positivity we see within this group is amazing,” said Erik
was ‘Partners In Progress’ because we truly feel that we are only successful
by working together with our dealers.”
Sessions available to attendees included an in-depth look at the millennial
generation presented by keynote speaker, Matt Beaudreau from the Center
for Generational Kinetics. He provided insight on how water treatment
dealers can better reach millennial consumers, as well as key factors to
consider when hiring them on their staff.
Additional breakout sessions featured dealers sharing their success in
advertising through social media platforms, future plans Water-Right has
for their branded websites, as well as learning about the latest technological
innovations coming to the WaterCare and Evolve product lines.
“This is the fourth dealer convention we have hosted since starting the
MONROE EQUIPMENT OPENS 4TH
WISCONSIN BRANCH
Monroe Equipment announces that they have signed a
lease on a property for its 4th branch in Wisconsin Rapids,
Wisconsin, opening on Aug. 1. This joins a recently opened
branch at 441 27th St. in Caledonia, Wisconsin.
NEW REFRIGERANT SET TO DEBUT
Honeywell has announced a new refrigerant, R-466A to
contend as a replacement for R-410A. The new refrigerant
has projected benefits of being lower GWP, non-ozone
depleting, and has a preliminary ASHRAE rating of A1 (nonflammable).
Early testing indicates that switching to the new
product would require minimal changes to equipment and
no additional training for installation and repair technicians.
PHCC will keep members informed of the implementation of
R-466A as it progresses. Additional information is available
from Honeywell.
OSHA/NSC
Fatigue is a growing problem affecting the workforce.
Research shows 13 percent of workplace injuries can be
attributed to fatigue, a dangerous byproduct of a society
that operates 24 hours a day. A National Safety Council
(NSC) survey of workers reports that:
• 90 percent of employers want to understand root
causes of employees’ fatigue, but only 55 percent say
they will adjust schedules or tasks
• 74 percent underestimate the prevalence of fatigue
in the workforce
• 73 percent do not communicate to employees about
fatigue
• 61 percent do not believe employees are comfortable
telling them if they were too tired to perform their
job safely
• 51 percent assign a night shift to an employee
immediately before or after a day shift
• 60 percent lack a designated area for employees to
rest
CELEBRATING 60 YEARS
IN PUMPING!
Since 1958, Jim Murray, Inc. has been providing exceptional service to the sump
and wastewater pump industry - providing pumps, controls, basins, and complete
pump packages.
Our 60 years of being a premier supplier to the industry began when the late Jim
Murray Sr. and his wife, Angela, designed and built sump pumps out of a garage in
Colgate, Wisconsin. As their reputation for quality spread, sales grew and within a few years,
the company moved to a facility in Mequon, adding more employees.
After their retirement in 1983, Jim Murray Jr. and Joe Murray furthered the company’s growth, eventually
expanding into the current facility in Germantown. With an extensive product line and expertise, they soon
became known by their slogan, Your Partners in
Pumping.
Today, Jim Murray, Inc. is a specialized supplier
of not only sump and wastewater pumps
and package systems, but also known for
prefabricated lift stations, a large basin stock,
trench drains, pump alarms, battery back-up
systems and pressure boosters.
We want to take this occasion to honor our
founders and Jim Murray Jr., who marked his
official retirement in the company’s 60th year.
We are proud of our heritage, and under new
owner Mike Blum, we’ll continue providing
“No Problem” service to plumbers, mechanical
contractors, and engineers. Thank you for
trusting in us and our service of your pumping
needs for over 60 years!
About The Program/Instructors
Code is the foundation of everything we do in the plumbing industry. This year, PHCC-Wisconsin is continuing a
series of code-related programs designed to get back to the basics of our trade. For this session, we will be focusing
on Best Practices for Direct and Indirect Fixture Connections, Catch Basins and Interceptors, and Cleanouts. Leading
the discussion is Jim Davis, a Master Plumber and an experienced plumbing instructor. Jim has taught apprentices
for 20+ years and has experience teaching continuing education programs for groups such as the Water Quality
Association and the Madison Plumbing Inspectors. The program also features time to interact with vendors, our
vendor showcase, a brief safety presentation by Federated Insurance, and industry updates from Jeff Beiriger,
Executive Director of PHCC-Wisconsin.
*Continuing Education Credits
Please note that the number of hours of approved continuing education may vary depending upon the credential
you hold. MP and JP will receive 6.0 hours of credit for attending the entire day of program. For other credentials,
contact the PHCC & MP/HC at (888) 782-6815 or mail@phcc-wi.org.
