You will never be surprised: A.T.S. provides you with a specific list of the items and attractions which are included in your trip cost. We offer a complimentary chaperone ratio of 1 to 20 that is both realistic and useful for dance groups (trip costs with different ratios are available upon request). We’re familiar with the special needs of student groups: The A.T.S. office/sales staff has nearly 50 years of classroom teaching experience. You’ll know what to expect: A.T.S. provides you with a day-by-day itinerary as well as information regarding the bus company, hotels, restaurants and attractions we’ll use for your trip. You’ll feel comfortable with our service and integrity: We’ll gladly provide you with a list of groups who have traveled with us recently. You’ll not be on your own when you arrive: Your trip will be escorted by an experienced professional who is both knowledgeable about your destination and good with students. Meet with your students and/or parents and gauge interest in the trip(s) we have discussed. If there is sufficient interest and commitment, choose your destination and travel dates. 3. Give us a return call to confirm your trip destination and travel dates. We’ll send you a Travel Contract, payment schedule, rooming list form, Enrollment form and your performance applications (when applicable). 4. We’ll keep in touch with each other during the year. You’ll receive a final itinerary (and airline tickets if you’re flying) approximately 10 days before departure. Yes You Can! Responsibility: Academic Travel Services, Inc. (A.T.S.), and its agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passengers in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by railroad, motorcoach, automobile, cruise ship, or air craft, and as such shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned whether by default of any hotel, carrier, common carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or causes beyond our control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omission, delay, re-routing or act of government authority.
