Every day, I receive hundreds (seriously)<br />
of emails from people, places, <strong>and</strong> PR firms<br />
about everything from upcoming events to<br />
hot products <strong>and</strong> editorial opportunities.<br />
Some go straight to spam, others dem<strong>and</strong><br />
immediate attention, <strong>and</strong> a few can make or<br />
break my entire day.<br />
A few weeks ago, a message arrived from<br />
Sacramento Pizza Company in Folsom that<br />
stopped me in my speed-reading tracks. One<br />
of the owners announced she wanted to add<br />
a “STYLE Pizza” to their menu—in honor of<br />
<strong>October</strong> being National<br />
Pizza Month—<strong>and</strong><br />
requested that we<br />
come up with the<br />
toppings. Talk about a<br />
tall, albeit fun, order!<br />
When we put our<br />
stomachs together<br />
here at HQ <strong>and</strong> thought<br />
about what should go<br />
on our namesake pie,<br />
we decided it needed to represent our team:<br />
colorful, creative, unconventional, fun, a<br />
little fiery, <strong>and</strong> well-balanced—ultimately<br />
resulting in a combination<br />
that (literally) works well<br />
together. The prize-winning<br />
pizza, which I strongly urge<br />
you to try, includes pesto,<br />
mozzarella, feta, sun-dried<br />
tomatoes, minced garlic,<br />
basil, <strong>and</strong> grilled chicken;<br />
having tried it (see the picture for proof), I<br />
can honestly say that the slice is nice <strong>and</strong><br />
think you’ll agree. To find even more perfect<br />
