Māngere College is a school at the heart of its community. Our
students come from the surrounding area and enjoy a

We prioritise academic achievement and expect that all students
will leave the school with strong qualifications. Our focus on
achievement has meant that our NCEA results have improved
significantly over recent years. We track each student through
school to ensure that they are meeting their personal goals and
progressing along a pathway that is appropriate for them.
As well as an academic focus our students enjoy a rich and
varied co-curricular programme. Each year we have a strong
involvement in Polyfest and offer a number of different activities
in sport and the arts.
