Wonuola Okoye<br />

is an entrepreneur whose journey into entrepreneurship was born out<br />

of a need to be thrifty. Her business was a cool vintage retailer called,<br />

Lagos Look. The challenges of reaching customer inspired her second<br />

business, Le Petit Marche (LPM), which was Nigeria’s premier retail<br />

platform <strong>and</strong> she did that successful for years. She finally launched<br />

Apaart Africa, an exotic skin leather goods br<strong>and</strong> with only N6,000,<br />

in 2017 <strong>and</strong> they have continued to be a market leader in the leather<br />

goods industry. Her love for start-ups inspired her to start Big me for<br />

business strategy <strong>and</strong> advice. She started Big StartUp with the aim<br />

of sharing business experiences, developing strategy <strong>and</strong> designing<br />

business models so that entrepreneurs can GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST<br />

TIME.<br />

Tunde Owolabi<br />

Tunde Owolabi is the creative director of Tunde Owolabi Studios, a<br />

multidisciplinary design <strong>and</strong> photography studio based in Lagos,<br />

Nigeria. He is a freelance artist, designer <strong>and</strong> trained photographer<br />

from the London School of <strong>Fashion</strong>. He has worked across various<br />

multinational br<strong>and</strong>s <strong>and</strong> is leveraging those experiences running<br />

Ethnik by Tunde Owolabi, an afrocentric br<strong>and</strong> which specializes in<br />

the design of aso oke, a h<strong>and</strong>-woven Nigerian fabric <strong>and</strong> creates<br />

accessories with the fabric. Tuned loves coffee, travel, great food <strong>and</strong><br />

extreme adventures.<br />

Oluwatosin Olaseinde<br />

is a chartered accountant with over 9 years of experience spanning<br />

across accounting, audit, financial management <strong>and</strong> taxation. She is<br />

the Founder/CEO of Money Africa, a platform that enhances financial<br />

literacy <strong>and</strong> wealth management coaching. Prior to Money Africa,<br />

Oluwatosin was a commercial finance manager at British American<br />

Tobacco, providing commercial & financial advice on capital<br />

investment <strong>and</strong> managing marketing investment budget in the 14<br />

different markets across West Africa.<br />

Ozinna Anumudu<br />

is passionate about two things – fashion & br<strong>and</strong>ing. Having secured<br />

a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in The United States, she pursued<br />

a Masters in Communication, in Paris. Thereafter, she relocated to<br />

Nigeria <strong>and</strong> has created a niche market for herself with br<strong>and</strong>ing<br />

& the Nigerian <strong>Fashion</strong> <strong>In</strong>dustry in under three years. Zina recently<br />

founded a br<strong>and</strong> management company, The <strong>Style</strong> Concierge, which<br />

caters to creatives & businesses in the fashion & lifestyle industry.<br />

Fatima Togbe<br />

An accomplished media publishing specialist, Fatima Togbe has<br />

made a name for herself as Founder of Hayati magazine, Nigeria’s<br />

foremost fashion <strong>and</strong> lifestyle platform for the Muslimah woman.<br />

Hayati serves as a Muslimah’s answer to the question of culturespecific<br />

content, <strong>and</strong> its reach has since 2012 grown to include a<br />

dedicated website, social media platforms, a yearly fashion week<br />

(Hayati <strong>Fashion</strong> Week) <strong>and</strong> an online store (Hayati Retail Shop) to<br />

help promote Muslimah br<strong>and</strong>s seeking to fill the vacuum for stylish<br />

modest fashion.<br />

Tamara Ncala<br />

is a Youtuber under TamzyTingz with a lifestyle channel that<br />

explores her journey with alopecia areata, her passion for cooking/<br />

baking, her love for fashion <strong>and</strong> her all round personality. She is<br />

Master’s Student graduate in Women’s Studies (Humanities) <strong>and</strong> is<br />

a self-proclaimed Global Citizen. She is passionate about spreading<br />

positivity <strong>and</strong> creating awareness around various issues. Her other<br />

hobbies include, cooking, baking <strong>and</strong> singing.<br />

Toun Odetola<br />

is an avid shoe lover with particular interest in African Foot <strong>Fashion</strong>.<br />

Her growing community of fellow footwear enthusiasts @kokoofrica<br />

are dedicated to pushing footwear design from Africa across the<br />

Simisola Oladigbo<br />

is the founder of Made in Nigeria Br<strong>and</strong>s, an online platform where<br />

she curates locally made world-class products <strong>and</strong> services. A 17-year<br />

veteran of the media industry, Simi has worked in television <strong>and</strong><br />

radio, <strong>and</strong> currently runs TagTm, a media production company based<br />

in Lagos, Nigeria. She is a fellow of the Bloomberg Media <strong>In</strong>itiative<br />

Africa, <strong>and</strong> the Cherie Blair’s Road to Women’s Growth.<br />

Clemas Effanga<br />

Clemas Effanga is an award-winning designer, CEO at Clemas<br />

Garments Company Limited, <strong>and</strong> Founder – The Mobile Tailor – a<br />

web <strong>and</strong> mobile application designed to ease tailoring challenges for<br />

everyday Nigerians.<br />

Kike Ojewale<br />

Kike Ojewale is a corporate <strong>and</strong> commercial lawyer at ACAS-Law, a<br />

top law firm in Nigeria. She specialises in all areas of intellectual<br />

property, media, sports <strong>and</strong> entertainment law.<br />

Lala Tshabalala<br />

aka Miss Curvy Lala is a body positive activist, plus size model <strong>and</strong><br />

Toyin Henry-Ajayi<br />
