One of the most significant changes was the empowering<br />

Huilloc, they felt like bystanders. Now they feel very proud<br />
of this opportunity and recognition. If this example is<br />
replicated, we could achieve a great development in other<br />
communities”, finishes Espinoza. It is going back in time,<br />
