1. The client will submit their BCL request along with FCO, pro<br />
forma invoice, Sales and Purchase agreement or ICPO to BWT.<br />
2. After reviewing the submitted documents, the approval or<br />
refusal of the BCL request will be informed to the client.<br />
3. If the BCL MT799 application has been approved by BWT, the<br />
client needs to sign the service agreement and inform them to pay<br />
the admin charges to begin work on their transaction.<br />
4. After the client sign the service agreement, they need to provide<br />
additional documents needed and pay for the BCL issuance fee<br />
charges.<br />
5. Upon receipt of issuance fee charges and related documents, we<br />
will issue the BCL MT799 in our bank in behalf of the buyer and<br />
in favor of their seller to close their trade deal.<br />
