This wee 2 bedroom honey has been lovingly and meticulously restored and is now ready for her new owner. The bach is very cosy and has a large deck to relax on, a spacious living area and a good utility space at the rear of the property. This is classic Kiwiana, totally unique and only approx. 40 minute drive from Christchurch, imagine arriving, having a swim and relaxing on the deck, no lawns to mow and no gardens to weed. Due to the location of these baches they are very sheltered from the Easterly wind and are North/West facing for all day sun. The beach is very safe and swimmable at all tides, excellent boating and fishing right on your door step. The other bonus is a eighth share in approx. 20 hectares of coastal land hugging the coast towards Camp Bay. This is simple uncomplicated living and is off the grid and although there are nine baches in this community most of the time you will have the place to yourselves. There is good storage underneath for the dinghy and Kayaks etc. There are many memories to be had here and this really is a stunning spot in every way. Please Note: This house has a area for washing but not a proper bathroom but is listed under this category for listing purposes...
