Explanation A uniqueness violation of a unique descriptor was detected during a store or update<br />
processing if subtransactions are not activated, or otherwise at end of a subtransaction.<br />
The third and fourth bytes of the Additions 2 field contain the name of the descriptor<br />
which caused the uniqueness conflict.<br />
Action Check the descriptor values.<br />

Explanation An I/O error occurred.<br />
On open systems, the first 2 bytes of the Additions 2 field ( in binary format) contain<br />
the extent number. The third and fourth bytes contain the container type ("AS" for<br />
ASSO, or "DS" for DATA or "WO" for WORK).<br />
Action On open systems, check whether any disk devices have gone offline or check the error<br />
log for hardware errors.<br />
