Forest Bathing is a sensory
experience involving slow
wandering, guided meditation
and invitations to connect
with nature.
The walk will be led by
Louise from Barefoot Wellbeing,
one of the first certified
Nature and Forest Therapy
Guides in Australia. Although
the walk will be less than one
kilometre in length, it involves
bush tracks and requires
moderate fitness. It is not
suitable for children under 12.
Meet at the Visitor Centre
in the Field of Mars Reserve
at 8am.
Bring closed shoes, a hat
and water. Tea and coffee
are available. Participation is
FREE but a gold coin donation
to the Ryde-Hunters Hill
Flora & Fauna Preservation
