<strong>2018</strong> Industry Partner:<br />

Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity<br />

The Greater Iowa City Area HBA enjoys a close relationship with Iowa Valley<br />

<strong>2018</strong> Associate of the Year:<br />

Mark Buell - CLB Planning & Design<br />

Among his contributions to the HBA, Mark stepped in and saved the student-built<br />

house design, allowing the project to move forward. Pictured (left to right) are:<br />

<strong>2018</strong> Remodeler of the Year:<br />

Kevin McCreedy McCreedy-Ruth Construction<br />

Colleagues say Kevin is a pleasure to work with and listens closely to customers to<br />

design and build their imagined projects then works diligently to bring the vision to<br />

<strong>2018</strong> Builder of the Year:<br />

Tim Rouse - Durant High School and Students of the Student-Built House Project<br />

Each student put in at least 128 hours into the student-built project and gained<br />

important skills, college credit and OSHA certification. Pictured (left to right) are:<br />
