2018 Associate of the Year:
Mark Buell - CLB Planning & Design
Among his contributions to the HBA, Mark stepped in and saved the student-built

2018 Remodeler of the Year:
Kevin McCreedy McCreedy-Ruth Construction
Colleagues say Kevin is a pleasure to work with and listens closely to customers to
design and build their imagined projects then works diligently to bring the vision to

2018 Builder of the Year:
Tim Rouse - Durant High School and Students of the Student-Built House Project
Each student put in at least 128 hours into the student-built project and gained
important skills, college credit and OSHA certification. Pictured (left to right) are:
