The Walkers group meet (during<br />
BST on the second Monday and)<br />
on the fourth Wednesday of<br />
each month at 10.00am at SWF<br />
Village Hall car park.<br />
Members can join the group at any time providing they are<br />
willing to take a turn in leading a walk. This is fundamental to<br />
the success of the group's schedule of walks and ensures that all<br />
dates in the schedule are filled. Members are free to swap dates<br />
with others if necessary.<br />

Fri Jan 4th<br />
Walkers planning meeting at the Eatery in SWF at 14.00. A bit<br />
later than usual due us being away over the festive break.<br />
Please bring your diaries and any ideas for walks old & new, so<br />
we can get a plan together for 2019.<br />
I will supply reference books for those who would like some<br />
inspiration for ideas.<br />
Bird Watching – Wed Jan 16th 2019<br />
The Bird Watching Group makes visits to reserves on each third<br />
Wednesday of the month.<br />
This usually takes place between the rush hours and we often<br />
call somewhere near to lunch after the walk.<br />
The group receives an email a week before the visit to give<br />
details of the venue. Contact is Colin Martin.<br />
Book Group<br />
Mon Jan 21st 2019<br />
The Book Group is meets on the THIRD MONDAY at 2-30 in the<br />
Small Hall of the Village Hall (door opposite the children’s play<br />
area).<br />
The Group meets to review the book read the previous month<br />
and to collect their book for the month ahead.<br />
The meeting lasts up to two hours with the essential<br />
refreshments.<br />

Family History<br />

Please note – We shall not be meeting on the 27th December<br />
The Family History Group meets in the upstairs back room of the<br />
Village Hall on the fourth Thursday of the month from 10 till 12.<br />

We usually have a feature for the first part of the meeting, such<br />
as a presentation or talk by a member. Then a break for<br />

As we are able to access Wi-Fi, we then help each other with our<br />
research.<br />
