Our Italian flour dough matures for 4 days in the

refrigerator to make the minerals mature and flour.

Due to long fermentation, the ough is better digestible.

All our pizzas can also be prepared from an integral flour

at an additional charge of CZK 10,– only 32 cm in size.

Flour milled on the stone retains the nutritional value

of the grain. Due to the presence of bran, it is richer

in vitamins and minerals and contains more fiber.
