Tour Series 2019: Tour to Alle Mitglieder

scenic tour, or Modern Class for the
same type of tour that we have provided
in the past. Whichever class you choose,
it’s your decision, no matter the type of
Porsche you drive.
After registration we will send you all
the information needed to attend three
days before the tour. We hand out
packets the day of the tour with all the
information as well. The Drivers’
Briefing will begin at 10 am. Most tour
attendees arrive early to meet new
friends and socialize with everyone.
Arriving early helps our volunteers get
everyone signed in on time so the tour is
on schedule. No special navigation will
be needed. Our Group Leaders will be
familiar with the route and will guide
each group of cars along the route.
Calling all Maverick Members! Welcome
to the Maverick Region 2019 Driving
Tours program!
Our first tour will kick off on Sunday,
February 17 at 10 am. We will be starting
north of Dallas at Grayson College in
Van Alstyne, TX. That’s right, everyone’s
favorite close-to-home route on FM 455!
This year we have changed the route a little, and at
the time of our recon drive there was no construction.
The route is 48.4 miles and about an hour long. We
are really excited about our destination to The Carriage
House in Gunter, TX, where our All Members Party
will be taking place!
Registration for this tour will be different than usual
due to our events being combined. Registration for the
Driving tour will be limited, so early registration is
recommended. You can register for the event at http://
