<strong>KODA</strong> is a family-owned business handcrafting exceptional aprons the old-fashioned<br />
way in our workshop in Eastman, Georgia. We outfit makers, chefs, restaurants, hotels,<br />
and caterers all over the country and the world.<br />
Our founder, Mario Matos, worked in the food service & hospitality industry early in<br />
his career, and learned firsthand what makes an apron stand out and look striking, and<br />
also what an apron needs to perform well on the job. He applied that knowledge when<br />
he began designing and sewing aprons for corporate clients over thirty years ago. After<br />
years of trial and error, Mario has created a unique range of aprons that are as stylish<br />
as they are functional— with attractive leather details, metal fittings, and a focus on<br />
sustainable, American-made materials like naturally-dyed 100% organic cotton and<br />
U.S.-raised water buffalo leather.<br />
