Office printer firm

starts 2019 with

new showroom

Clarity Copiers North Devon

got off to a flying start for

2019 with a move into new

premises on Barnstaple’s

Roundswell Business Park.

Account manager Paul

O’Brien says having a local

office is absolutely essential

as customers demand good

local service: “Customers tell

us that is what they want.

They can come to a local

showroom and see equipment

demonstrated before they buy

rather than having to trust a

web site.”

The new premises

comprise a showroom,

where customers can make

appointments for equipment

demonstrations, as well

as workshop facilities for

servicing equipment.

“The new showroom has

a wider range of demonstration

equipment and a

greater quantity of spares

and consumables, so we

can improve service levels,”

continues Paul.

The new showroom also

offers on-site parking for

customers, making it more

convenient to visit.

requirements, was

company focuses on continuity,

in its relationships

with customers, suppliers

and employees. In North

Devon, service manager

Perry Scibilia has been with

Clarity since 1993, while

Paul O’Brien joined in 1995.

It is an authorised supplier

for brands including Ricoh,

Olivetti, OKI, Kyocera and

Océ Large Format Copiers,

although its primary supplier

is Sharp Electronics (UK)

Ltd and Clarity has supplied

Sharp print devices in Devon

for 38 years.

Clarity has some 20,000

customers across the UK

with 3,500 customers in

Devon. Paul says that after

a very strong performance

last quarter, brisk business

has produced a flying start

to 2019 for Clarity Copiers

North Devon in its new home.
