& Flow Control System<br />
Within Curtilage Solution<br />
Designed for 'within curtilage' storm water management, the <strong>Raintaina</strong> 1.6 FC is a patented allin-one<br />
self-contained SuDS surface water management system which can help satisfy planning<br />
conditions for new build housing with regard to surface water discharge restrictions. It complies<br />
with the Building Regulations Part H and is simple and easy to install. All inlet and outlet spigot<br />
connections fit standard 110mm diameter PVC-u underground drainage. For standard sized<br />
homes, a single <strong>Raintaina</strong> 1.6 FC is normally sufficient to manage roof run-off when permeable<br />
pavements are used to manage run-off from hard surfaces.<br />
<strong>Raintaina</strong> 1.6FC<br />
The <strong>Raintaina</strong> 1.6FC unit is a pre-formed, fully sealed attenuation module with an integrated<br />
flow control chamber which has been developed as a 'within curtilage' SuDS solution. The unit<br />
has a 1600 litre water storage capacity and an internal chamber with filter screen, to reduce the<br />
potential for blockage to the removable orifice flow control plate. In reality the likelihood of debris<br />
or silts entering the unit are very low when used in conjunction with the recommended <strong>Raintaina</strong><br />
RWP Filter Unit.<br />
Load Bearing<br />
The module is a load bearing structure and can be installed with cover at low as 500mm deep.<br />
Please contact distributor for confirmation of your individual cover requirements. A range of<br />
supplementary <strong>Raintaina</strong> attenuation units offering 1600, 1200, 800 and 400 litres of attenuation<br />
are available to satisfy any 'within curtilage' attenuation requirement. These can be simply<br />
connected in series using standard PVC-u Ø110mm pushfit couplings to meet each plot<br />
requirement. As mentioned, the units are load bearing and can be installed under trafficked or<br />
landscaped areas for temporary attenuation.<br />

Description<br />
The <strong>Raintaina</strong> 1.6 FC has an integral flow control and storage<br />
system. This easy to install lightweight unit, is complete with<br />
permanent lifting straps and exists as a single entity. It is suitable<br />
for square excavations, reducing costs on backfill. This easy<br />
installation process is perfect in curtilage SUDS systems,<br />
providing an ideal single dwelling drainage system. The 110mm<br />
Push fit drainage, access to the turret, and the 110mm stubs<br />
make this product easy to maintain and install. Not only this but it<br />
houses vent stubs to allow easy airflow. A need for bigger tanks is<br />
facilitated by the ease connecting to the tanks RTNA01101,<br />
RTNA01102, RTNA01103 and RTNA01104.<br />

Description<br />
The <strong>Raintaina</strong> RWP Base Unit situated underneath the<br />
rainwater down pipe on houses uses the strength from<br />
light weight modular cells accompanied with the <strong>Raintaina</strong><br />
RWP Filter Cover to filter rainwater into permeable paving<br />
systems. These would be located directly under the outlet<br />
of all rainwater pipes to be able to channel the water to<br />
any kind of sub base storage. It is a compact unit making<br />
it light and easy to install, it houses the filter cover and has<br />
a 110mm spigot to direct the flow of water out of the base<br />
unit. It contains a sump so that any silt or sediment sinks<br />
to the bottom preventing the clogging up of the system,<br />
this makes it easier for cleaning and maintenance.<br />

Description<br />
The <strong>Raintaina</strong> RWP Base Unit Diffuser with mesh surround<br />
is similar to the <strong>Raintaina</strong> RWP Base Unit in the sense that<br />
it is lightweight yet incredibly strong. With this product<br />
however the bottom half of the unit is encapsulated by a<br />
2mm mesh which avoids debris clogging. This provides an<br />
excellent open surface water runoff to easily flow into the<br />
surrounding aggregate.<br />

Description<br />
The <strong>Raintaina</strong> RWP Filter Cover Gold is the first stage of<br />
filtration of the <strong>Raintaina</strong> system. The various range in<br />
colours and styles of aggregate makes the cover blend in<br />
with the surrounding surface making this system almost<br />
invisible.The cover will stop any leaves or unwanted<br />
objects entering the system. The indents on the side of the<br />
cover make it quick and easy to install and maintain the<br />
<strong>Raintaina</strong> Base unit.<br />
