1. Extension Installation<br />
• Extract the zip folder and upload our extension to root of your <strong>Magento</strong> 2 directory via<br />
FTP.<br />
• <strong>Login</strong> to your SSH and run below commands step by step:<br />
o composer require twilio/sdk<br />
o php bin/magento setup:upgrade<br />
o For <strong>Magento</strong> version 2.0.x to 2.1.x - php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy<br />
o For <strong>Magento</strong> version 2.2.x & above - php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy–f<br />
o php bin/magento cache:flush<br />
That’s it.<br />
2. Configuration<br />
For configuring the extension, login to <strong>Magento</strong> 2, move to Stores → Configuration→<strong>Mobile</strong><br />
<strong>Login</strong> where you can find various settings to enable the extension.<br />
• <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Login</strong>: Enable the <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Login</strong> extension.<br />
• OTP Type: Set the OTP type from the drop-down menu.<br />
• OTP Length: Set the OTP length.<br />

3. API Settings<br />
Configure the API settings using the details received while registering with the SMS gateway:<br />
• API Provider: Select API provider to integrate the extension with the preferred SMS<br />
gateway to send SMS.<br />
• Sender ID: Add the sender ID.<br />
• Message Type: Select the message type to be sent to customers from the drop-down<br />
menu.<br />
• API URL: Add the API key received while registration with the SMS gateway.<br />
• Authorization Key: Add authorization key received while registration with the SMS<br />
gateway.<br />

4. OTP Custom SMS Settings<br />
Configure the following OTP SMS settings for <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Login</strong> for verification with OTP.<br />
• <strong>Login</strong> with OTP: Enable customer login with OTP.<br />
• <strong>Login</strong> OTP SMS Text: Enter SMS text to send OTP for login.<br />
• Registration with OTP: Enable customer registration with OTP.<br />
• Registration OTP SMS Text: Enter SMS text to send OTP for registration.<br />
• Forgot Password with OTP: Enable reset password with OTP.<br />
• Forgot Password OTP SMS Text: Enter SMS text to send OTP for reset password.<br />
• Update <strong>Mobile</strong> Number with OTP: Enable customer mobile number update with OTP.<br />
• Update <strong>Mobile</strong> Number OTP SMS Text: Enter SMS text to send OTP for customer<br />
mobile number update.<br />

5. <strong>Mobile</strong> <strong>Login</strong> in Frontend<br />
• Registration with OTP from frontend<br />
After configuring the OTP settings, the users can register an account using mobile number<br />
after OTP verification, as shown here.<br />

• OTP SMS for Registration<br />
When a user registers with mobile number, a verification SMS having OTP is received to<br />
enter OTP for registration and verify the mobile number.<br />

The user can verify the mobile number using OTP for registration or opt for OTP again.<br />

• <strong>Mobile</strong> Number Verification Using OTP for <strong>Login</strong><br />
The user can login using mobile number after OTP verification as shown in the image<br />
below. The Forgot Password button can also be used to reset the password in case of the<br />
password is forgotten.<br />
• OTP SMS for <strong>Login</strong><br />
The OTP SMS is sent to user for mobile number verification for login as shown below:<br />

• OTP SMS for Forgot Password<br />
The OTP SMS is sent to user for mobile number verification to reset password when he<br />
opts for the forgot password button.<br />

The following screen shows the verification of mobile number for resetting the<br />
password.<br />

• Reset Password<br />
Once the mobile number is verified, the user can reset the password as shown here.<br />
• <strong>Mobile</strong> Number Update from My Account<br />
The user can add or update mobile number from their My Account section under <strong>Mobile</strong><br />
Number tab. Add mobile number and click Send OTP to get verification OTP message,<br />
and it’s done.<br />

• OTP SMS for <strong>Mobile</strong> Number Update<br />
The added or updated mobile number is to be verified using OTP received via SMS as<br />
shown below:<br />

The success message for the mobile number update is displayed in the My Account<br />
section after the mobile number verification.<br />
