Skid Plates and Winch
Mount for Toyota 4Runner
ASFIR has developed a new product
line for the Toyota 4Runner. It is a
full set of 6mm aluminum skid plates,
which protect the front, transmission,
transfer, fuel tank and exhaust.
Aluminum is strong but flexible,
so it can be straightened after impact
while driving off-road and is lightweight,
which contributes to gas-consumption
savings.
All skid plates are bolted on to original
holes in the chassis so there is no
drilling, welding or cutting involved.
The side steps bolt onto the chassis,
but they are not just for good looks.
A steel profile beneath the aluminum
cover of the side step allows them to
act as a jacking point all along the side
of the vehicle.
The new hidden winch mount is
installed inside the original bumper
and looks great on the vehicle. It
accommodates a 9,500 lbs. winch.

three-piece plate bumpers. These
modular bumpers allow for design

can ship via standard ground shipping.
The three-piece design allows
for easy replacement if one of the
pieces is damaged in an accident,
and also provides the opportunity
to swap out the end pieces for a
different style, i.e. Baja, Plate, High
Clearance, etc.
Customers will no longer have to
pay upward of $250 for shipping or
deal with the headache that comes
with shipping a large one-piece bumper
LTL (less than truckload).

making these bumpers modular,
using razor-thin adjoining edges to

in a sand-texture black finish.
