The building has a gas forced air furnace with central air.
Electric to the building is three phase (120/208V 3phase).
The site is improved with a canopy measuring 22’ x 31’ and
50.5’ x 57’; a 25,000, three compartment, underground fuel
storage tank, two pump islands with four dispensing stations
which are all owned by the property owner. Two of the

FLOOR PLAN

property. Engineers from Thrasher designed the
building in general and monitored compaction. All
footers are 3’ wide; 1’ thick and 2 mats 8” apart of
1” rebar on a 12” grid.
BUILDING DETAILS
The building block was finihsed by White
Lightening; the glass by S&M, and the roof,
trusses, tank, and sign were set by JD.
Precision Builders did the rubber roof,
drop ceiling, footers, & lot concrete. Jim
Webb installed the HVAC, Summit Electric
installed the fuel zone, and Citgo provided
and installed the canopy. Central Supply
designed, and Green Leaves built the retaining
wall & fill.
