Today, RLF is an independently owned Partnership, 130 strong, working across 5 UK offices. We offer an<br />

The 43,600 ft² new-build hospice was built on farmland<br />

adjacent to Titnore Lane, within a mile of the current building.<br />

Full delivery services included programme, risk, financial, legal<br />

and quality management.<br />

The Scottish National Epilepsy Centre provides a 22,800 ft²<br />

bespoke independant hospital that will become a national<br />

resource providing epilepsy assessment and research, as well<br />

as in-patient facilities throughout Scoland, in partnership with<br />

the NHS.

St Wilfrid’s Hospice was innovatively designed using green<br />

roofs and luscious gardens to conceal the hospice creating<br />

a peaceul sanctuary. The accomodation includes a 20<br />

bedroom in-patient unit, a café, an exhibition space, and a<br />

physiotherapy gym and spa baths. This project recieved two<br />

nominations at the RICS Awards South East and in the Sussex<br />

Heritage Awards in the ‘Community Benefit’ catagory.<br />

The 14-unit development incorporates the Bradbury Centre,<br />

which delivers an entirely new model of care to the reigon’s<br />

wider community.<br />

The centre is located in a remote rural area with limited<br />

amenities, and the site was subject to significant planning<br />

constraints.<br />

Rooms in the new two-storey home far exceed national<br />

care standards and provide a wide range of high quality<br />

care and personal services, including 68 private rooms<br />

comprising of executive suites, garden patio rooms with<br />

access to landscaped gardens, a hairdressing and beauty<br />

salon, multipurpose entertainment space, hobby rooms and<br />

‘Rumbles Café’.

An 81 bedroom, new build concrete panel framed elderly/<br />

dementia care home on the site of a former care home. The<br />

building has four floors, each operating as a separate unit.<br />

The lower ground and ground floors contain a total of 41<br />

elderly care bedrooms with the first floor containing 27 units.<br />

The care home also includes a penthouse floor, containing 13<br />

elderly care bedrooms.<br />

When making decisions relating to<br />

property investment, development<br />

or maintenance, comprehensive and<br />

accurate supporting information<br />

is essential.<br />

RLF’s team of building surveyors<br />

operate across the UK and provide<br />

a broad range of investigative and<br />

advisory services to property owners,<br />

occupiers, investors and developers.<br />

party walls and other neighbourly<br />

matters, dilapidations, turnkey<br />

delivery, planned maintenance,<br />
