Pendax Presentation Rail Systems
Pendax Rail Systems are simple, versatile
and attractive. They give the flexibility to
move writing boards, screens, flipcharts
and shelves anywhere. Simply clip them
into place and they glide effortlessly
along the rail to exactly where they are
needed, even across corners.
Rail and accessories are finished in silver anodised
aluminium or white as standard. They also can be
manufactured in your choice of colour.

Three Stages of Rail Systems
Whether using Classic Pendastrip or the Exclusive Rail System there
are three different stages you can create and each stage delivers
different benefits.
Stage One...
Single rail installed in any room where a
meeting takes place, creates a flexible
meeting environment. Simply clip on and
glide any rail accessories. Rail can be
installed in multiple rooms at minimal
cost then share gliding accessories
between them.
Stage Two...
For more dedicated meeting
environments. By mounting a fixed
writing board in the focal point in a room
one creates a two tier system.
Gliding the flip chart and/or projection
screen over the writing board provides a
more dynamic use of the rail system.
Stage Three...
With the double rail system, one layer
of equipment glides neatly over another.
By adding a fixed wall-mounted writing
board you get the benefit of three tiers of
equipment. The same accessories can be
used in any room containing Pendax Rail,
whether single or double.

Exclusive Rail System
If ever a product lived up to its name this is it.
The Pendax Exclusive Range is a light and attractive
single or double rail system with an ingenious
concealed paper grip that doesn’t snag. With the
double rail system one layer of equipment slides
neatly over another. When you add an extended
bracket-set to the double rail system, you can slide
a projection screen over a flip chart or writing
board. By adding a fixed, wall-mounted writing
board you get the benefit of three tiers of
equipment. If you want even more flexibility, you
can place equipment across corners. This is a
feature of all the Pendax Rail Systems and allows
additional equipment like a projection screen or
monitor to be positioned where everyone, including
the presenter, can see perfectly.

rounded corners. They also can be powder-coated
in your choice of colour. Pendax Rail Systems save

Exclusive Presentation Rail Range
The Pendax Exclusive Range is designed to fit in where stylish good looks
are vitally important. Like the Classic Range, it's a single or double rail
system with concealed paper grips. Stages 1, 2 or 3 can all be created on
the main presentation wall delivering all the same space-saving
advantages pioneered by the Classic Range. But there the similarity ends.

Classic Pendastrip TM Rail System
With a Classic Range you have a choice of a single
or double gliding rail, both with an ingenious
concealed paper grip that doesn't snag.
When you add an extended bracket-set to the
double rail system, you can slide one layer
over another. By adding a fixed wall mounted
writing board you get the benefit of three tiers
of equipment with Classic styling.
The accessories you place on the rail glide in front
of the fixed wall mounted board providing you
with a system that's really versatile, particularly in
a confined area. If you want even more flexibility,
you can place equipment across corners. This is
a feature of all the Pendax Rail Systems and allows
additional equipment like a projection screen or
monitor to be positioned where everyone including
the presenter can see perfectly.
The Pendax Classic Range is finished in attractive
anodised silver. Decorstrips come in a choice of
white, grey, black, beige, light wood and
dark wood finishes to match every kind of interior.

Classic Pendastrip TM Rail Range
Classic Pendastrip is Pendax’s original Rail System - the most successful
concepts are usually the simplest designs. Just like the Exclusive Range,
you have a choice of single or double gliding rail with concealed
paper hanging device. In exactly the same way using a fixed board you
can have up to three tiers of accessories.

Many users find the Standard Rail ideal when either very high meterage is required or budget
dictates a more economical rail system solution. Standard Rail accommodates either Exclusive
or Classic gliding accessories.

In addition to the Pendax Range of rail mounted gliding accessories third party product can be
rail mounted using specialised bracket sets.

Mounting a SMARTboard on uniquely
designed brackets frees up floor space
and enables the use of the
SMARTboard in any room where
Pendax Rail is or has been installed.

Integrated Partition Rail System
Pendax has developed a rail profile that when incorporated into
any movable or fixed partition creates a fully flexible wall.
This rail positions the unique and patented
“bar and saddle mechanism” within the wall
construction. However, unlike retro fitted rail
systems it remains flush to the wall’s surface. Low
cost and maintenance free the Integrated Partition
Rail should form part of any standard specification
of partition in areas wherever meetings,
presentations or training are likely to take place.
When specifying partition systems and having
identified which areas are likely meeting zones,
simply specify the Integrated Partition Rail within
the rooms of choice and total flexibility has been
created without compromising either the decor or
the main function of that area. Integrated Partition
Rail accommodates either Exclusive or Classic
gliding accessories.

accessible to any
potential user
DDA Compliancy
The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA)
affects all businesses and public
buildings alike. By October 2004,
companies were legally obliged to have
made reasonable adjustments to the
physical features of their building, to
overcome barriers to access or use.
This must be done by removing, altering or
providing reasonable means of avoiding the
physical features, heights or barriers.
2004 was the year that anyone providing a
product, facility or service should have addressed
those features, which make it difficult for disabled
people to use.

Pendax is committed to supporting its
customers in meeting their obligations
under the Disability Discrimination Act.
We have worked with disabled people to
develop a range of products to help
companies through this complex legislation.
This is the first time that a law has been passed that
requires businesses to consider whether their
facilities are accessible to any potential user.
A popular misconception is that the Disability
Discrimination Act covers only physical
wheelchair access to your premises, this is not so.
It covers all forms of access to goods, services
and equipment.
By simply installing a second layer of Pendax
Rail into your room you have enabled a
wheelchair user full use of the equipment.
